I enjoy eating at Pita Pit as I find the food healthy and filling. This location handled a large lineup very efficiently and well, despite having 4 staff. The 3 servers/cash staff were quick, efficient, helth conscious with their food preparation and appeared to be...having a lot of fun interacting with the customers, with humour and respect. They were especially good with the young kids and their patience and sense of humour with them was magnificent. These 2 young women and 1 young man will undoubtedly do well in whatever they decide to do in their lives. They just have the "it" that people need but don't always have. Bravo! We enjoyed eating outside on the wooden benches on a beautiful, sunny end of August weekday. Thank you!More
To start with... the staff is super friendly and accommodating. The location is right in the heart of the attraction. The food is always good and delicious at PitaPit. You have a bunch of options and flavours to satisfy your hunger and entertain your taste...buds. Nothing much to say for the franchise as Whoever knows the name knows that they’re good. Should you go there... yes and yesMore
Had to wait 15 minutes in line, then wait again while they remade a pita that wasn’t gluten free. All the staff dedicated their time trying to stuff the original contents of the pita into a new one while ours went cold. They also refunded...the girl her money. I asked if we could have a refund on our $70 order and he smirked and shoot his head like I was an idiot. Not worth the visit!!More
We went in for an early lunch. Nice clean facility, newly renovated. Very good customer service. Made sure we got everything we wanted and checked back with us half way through. Lots of meat, lots of fresh great toppings! Love Pita Pit!
I'm from the USA so hadn't been to a Pita Pit before. I accidentally walked in 10 minutes until closing while walking around the village. I'm vegan and asked for help finding options on the menu that were compatible. The lady that night was super...knowledgeable on all the correct options and grilled it for me and was very friendly. When I was thanking her and apologizing for the trouble since it was my first time she gave me some in depth background about the history of the store locations and cool info. Definitely a great first memory I will remember and go to any Pita Pits I see in the future! Thanks whoever was working the closing shift Sunday Dec 9th! The Pita was delicious btw!More
