You cannot leave Blue Mountain without one of these delicious treats! My husband and I definitely could have split one, but super good and worth the calories!

Every time we come to Blue Mountain Village we head for the Beaver Tails outlet. It’s a very Canadian tradition for us and totally yummy!

Can’t miss this Canadian tradition while at Blue Mountain. So yummy, so many different topping choices. I wish it was located a little closer to the slopes.

Thanks very much for the review Jessica! For next time give us a try at the top of the hill, where you can ski right up to the hut. Take care! David Hodds Owner

Instagram ID: anjav3 I never pass up the chance at a fresh and warm Beavertail whenever I am in Blue Mountains. It is a “walk-thru” shop so you order your food at the window. There are benches around that you can sit at, or you...can walk around and enjoy the village while you munch on one of their delicious snacks. Their service is quite fast, so don’t pass up this opportunity if you see a line. My favourite Beavertail is the chocolate hazelnut without powdered sugar. It’s warm, fluffy, and filling. One Beavertail usually leaves me pretty full. Follow it up with a coffee or hot chocolate and your tummy will thank you. Instagram ID: anjav3More

Beaver Tails were so awesome that we ate them two nights in a row! I especially liked the Apple and Cinnamon type, but you can’t go wrong with any flavor!

It would not be a ski weekend without a beaver tail. My soon has been getting them since he was 3 and the line up goes fast.

If you’re looking for a tasty way to fulfil that sweet tooth, look no further! Yes, I am a huge fan of smaller, local bakeries and dessert restaurants. However, BeaverTails is one if my favourite places to go for something sweet or salty. They are...so tasty and very large and filling. Definitely a Canadian gem!More

You can't help but stop in for a beaver tail. They're a Canadian treasure. The cinnamon and sugar basic one is delicious and hard to beat. There's tons of other flavors too that I'm sure I would enjoy.
