The title says it all. We bought frozen yogurts that were not really full. They cost us $24.00. I understand it's a resort and prices are higher but that is a bit ridiculous. Contamination if you have allergies is everywhere here so please keep that...in mind. They do test good and the kids did enjoy it. Staff was terrible and the two individuals who were running it didn't really care. One was on her phone the whole time and the other just at the till. They didn't really engage staff or clean up the mess that was left behind.More

I had experienced Menchies a few times in the past It is fun because you get to create your own frozen yogurt sundae . There were limited choices of frozen yogurt flavours at this one but lots of toppings to choose from. The counters and...tables were clean. When our two cups of yogurt were weighed, the total was $24.50 - a tad expensive for what we received.More

Menchies is mostly a fun experience - it’s fun to serve yourself and add any and all toppings you want. It’s incredibly expensive and easy to get carried away. There’s also tastier cool treats in the Village at much better prices.

I bought my kids 2 frozen yogurts and it cost $22. That was just ridiculous. Their bowls were't even that full.

We've been to 9 or 10 different Menchies throughout Toronto, Los Angeles, and in-between, and this was BY FAR the worst one. FIrst of all...no samples? Why not? I guess since you're in tourist-rip-off Blue Mountain they feel they don't have to? Second...the yogurts were...terrible. Bad selection for one, the peanut butter one didn't even taste like peanut butter...and of course the usual dried candy toppings (which are supposed to be soft and chewy). Imagine, even my Menchies-loving 11 year old said it was terrible and wouldn't want to go back. Stay away from this one.More

I have been to many other Menchie's stores before and have always paid around $28 for three Yoghurts with a waffle and no toppings. Yesterday I was at the location at Blue Mountain and they charged me $50. Beware they're dishonest and will rip you...off at this location!More

A “must” every tim3 we take the family to Blue Mountain Village. Yogurt in lots of flavours, with plenty of topping choices. Be aware though m You pay by weight, so kids choosing gummy worms cost more than those with oreo cookie crumbs!

Frankly, the best elements of Menchie's at Blue Mountain Village is that: (i) The store is clean, pristine, and bright; (ii) The washrooms are clean. (The female members of our party of six highly and particularly appreciated this aspect after experiencing some other gross washroom...locales at Blue Mountain Village [in their respective opinions]). TIP: The Menchie's at Blue Mountain Village offer NO samples. Thus, you effectively gamble with your Menchie's purchase and you may only be led by the names of the available flavour options on the label cards above each yogurt dispensing machine. And then to aspire that the outcome of the dessert that you imagine in your mind live up to the names of the flavours! I ordered their chocolate-and-vanilla yogurt, and sprinkled some orange-and-brown M&M's on the top. Let me preface that this was my very first time at any Menchie's location. And I knew beforehand that Menchie's charges its product by weight. My total price at the cashier's till for my Menchie's frozen yogurt cup: $19.00. And that was just for myself. After my agape jaw was closed shut by my adjacent brother, I paid the cashier as my own penalty of blind silliness. In my mind, it was the price for my LAST time at any Menchie's in existence. With that product price, I did not know whether to eat it, or to bring it home and somehow have it bronzed for posterity. And moreover -- to feed my displeasure -- I did not detect any especial taste or distinct flavour, if at all. I did not taste any distinct chocolate nor any distinct vanilla. It was as if it was just frozen coloured ice that I was masticating. I managed to consume it after awhile whilst people-watching on the patio since I would feel guilty if I just threw it away in the garbage. Not even the flies deserve that punishment. The young woman on duty at the front desk did not greet us with even a "Hello" when we entered the store, and no attention other than processing our purchase order. She doled out cold ambivalence like the frozen yogurt being squirted at this Blue Mountain Village location. As a respectful, constructive message to the Menchie's Management at Blue Mountain Village: If you may please perhaps instill to your employees the permission and approval to employ a fun disposition, jovial demeanour, and humour to their job. It would nicely supplement and add to the ambiance and bright-coloured nature of the tiles of the shoppe. Thank you. Thus, if you and your family simply want a cold treat to chill down on a warm day at Blue Mountain Village, then I may humbly suggest any one of the other ice cream dispensaries or parlours that exist at Blue Mountain Village. The ice cream will taste better, and it will inflict less damage to your wallet. All in all, for the aforementioned delineated reasons, I would rate this Menchie's at Blue Mountain Village as simply "average." And with a caveat to go easy on the dispensed amount poured into your Menchie's cup. But it its Management truly adopt the various TripAdvisor reviews to heart and render an earnest change to its establishment for the better, then it may bolster its future fortunes.More

Lots of flavours and toppings to choose from. Restaurant was clean and service was ok... not super friendly when we were paying for our order.
