Amazing Experience . Ordered the ribs for lunch the kitchen staff fired up a wood bbq out on the street which in all fairness took awhile . Then proceeded to cook the ribs over the hot coals. Awesome exererince great ribs. Looking forward to taking the love of my life there this November for ribs. Jim & lynn

This restaurant a must try, we had shrimp and garlic the first time...well cleaned, done perfectly and crisp veggies, plus a ceviche starter on the house. Two nights later we were back for Mahi Mahi which was as good if not better. The bathroom has beautiful cloth towels a luxurious touch. Well done Roberto and staff.

A charming small restaurant located across the street from Bravos. They serve delicious local sea food in several ways as well as items like grilled BBQ ribs and chicken fajitas.. We had delicious flan for dessert. The owner, Roberto, and his staff are great and very attentive. It's a keeper for us!

Roberto has just opened a new location at Francisco I Madero 260 A Col... and we walked by and straight into this cute little place, across the street from Bravo's. While we haven't been to Bravo's yet, I can say Roberto's prices are better. But what is most important is the Food is excellent. I had the special which came... More

Roberto has opened a new restaurant in Puerto Vallarta! It is called "Martini en fuego". Located at Francisco I Madero 260 A Col. Emiliano Zapata PVR. We went to En Fuego to try it out. It is a new restaurant in Puerto Vallarta's outskirts. It is in a small village called Mismaloya, just south of town, close to the Zoo. The food was excellent and the service was fantastic too! We ordered a specialty cocktail, the arugula martini, I know it sounds strange, but it was... More

I am not really a person who likes restaurants that are "modern" and "professional"...I like the comida del dia from a Dona's kitchen down an alley...But this place is was perfect for my parents so we gave it a try. Roberto the owner let us watch the superbowl on his 50 inch TV while we ate 3 plates of delicious,... More

Diego the bartender/server was very welcoming and made killer margaritas. This restaurant is on the way to the zoo and well worth the stop. While we only had chips and salsa to eat which were both fantastic by the way we watched the chef and his team diligently preparing the night's special and cooking over a wood fire. Everything was... Conveniently located as we stayed nearby. This restaurant experience was very pleasant both times that we went there. The best part for us is that we were treated just as well when we ordered a lighter, less expensive meal as we were when we went with a larger group and ordered higher priced meals. Between 2 trips, a total of... More

If you or anyone you meet has ever wanted a dining experience that leans toward the real Mexican flavor, En Fuegos is your place. We are located on the mountainside of Mismaloya on the main road through town (tell your taxi driver to go to the ZOO and we will be on the left side across from the Tequilla Factory). You will enjoy a very short ride over cobblestone streets driving alongside the Mismaloya River. You will pass through a small town (Puebla) where TRUE Mexican people live. The first thing you will notice about our restaurant is how clean, open and welcoming it is. Roberto will be there to get your experience started. He opened the restaurant in 2013 after many years of running places like La Palapa, Vista Grill and has now taken his many years of service and opened his own fine dining restaurant. The cuisine is centered around fresh seafood caught from our own Banderas Bay and delivered to us daily. We also offer high quality beef and made to order menu items as well.
