Stumbled across Tony's by accident one evening looking for somewhere to eat in Mismaloya. Its tucked away in a back street as you head up towards the Zoo. The waiters are warm and welcoming and if you are lucky, you will meet Tony himself! The menu was a tray of food, beautifully laid out and explained by the waiter which... More

Tony's was spectacular--we dined on the third floor of the restaurant where they served fresh seafood with a stunning view. Go at sunset, I recommend the shrimp. You can walk there from hotel Barcelo (15 minutes-ish) but I am not sure if I would walk back in the dark.

We got off the bus at the Mex#200 hwy and walked through mainly deserted streets into Mismaloya. As we approached "My Tony - La Chola" restaurant we weren't sure what to expect as the building appeared run-down. We were greeted by the owner who lead us up to the second level where floors were completely covered in beach sand. All... More

Tonys is hidden away, it will take some looking to find it, but it's so worth it...no paper menus they bring fresh food for you to look at and order...I even stopped in to see if I could get some nachos and salsa and they gave them to me for free.. Stop by and check out Tony's and the sand... More

We had the best meals of our trip to Puerto Vallarta at Tony's. I say meals because we came here three times. The filet mignon is absolutely top notch and the seafood platter for two is gigantic. I also tried the whole red snapper and it was good as well. It is a little bit out of the way but... More

I really enjoyed our family supper at Tony's. Its a little bit on a walk and one steep street up in Mismaloya You won't need directions as people in town ask "where are you going? Is there something you want amigo?" I read trip advisor to find these hidden gems. The view is amazing 10/10, the service 10/10. As stated... More

No Menu as its fresh catch seafood daily. The menu is a platter of what's offered daily.. see photo... FYI ask the prices ahead of time. or you... More

We went here at night after dark and had no idea where we were going...that was a mistake. If on the bus, get off at Barcelo and take the dirt road up into the hills, probably a ten minute walk. It can seem a bit daunting after dark but there are street lights to guide you. There is a cab... More

The journey to get to Tony's is a refreshing break from the typical PV beachfront scene. it's easy to think you've made a wrong turn. The servers were lovely and the setting, with a thatched room, sand floor, no walls was refreshing and unexpected for a 3rd floor location in a neighborhood setting. The 70's music is also a change.... More
