A busy Saturday afternoon. Food was good and served quickly, until it wasn't. We came at a time when there was a shift change. Our waiter disappeared We asked for a dessert menu- but nobody came to take the order. Then we just wanted to leave, and we could not find someone to take our payment. First time in my life EVER we did not leave a tip. It is not a cheap restaurant, it has been good in the past, but this experience was not what we were expecting.

We sat outdoors and they provided useful fans. Great view on the pedal boats. Service was excellent !
We had arancini, beetroot salad with high quality cheeses and the calamari and shrimps salad. Everything was very tasty. We would definitely come back!

Very good tabooned fish. I wish it wasnt burnt in the sides.
We asked no hot chilli and got one - attention to requests.
Water- tasted like clorine. Filteted water and they would be great place.
Shrimps were great. A bit too salty .
Orange juice very bad.
Need to remind waiters about prefrences more often.
And bring your own water.

Went for a breakfast on Saturday for couple, I did not expect such high quality food and service.
The free buffet salads, dishes and warm bread and pizzas from the oven were extremely good.
The service was very good, all the employees had very high level of attention.
I'll definitely return to this all included chef level breakfast.

Brunch - a mediocre meal or less at an excessive price in relation to the value and annoying service. At the entrance they announce that the table is only reserved for an hour and a half. There is a relatively large variety of salads, but scattered and not tasty, and they did not refill even once. The natural juices are not squeezed on site and come in a bottle. The omelette was dry and over done. They didn't approve of packing a main dish that hadn't been touched (!), and in general they don't allow us to pack food that we paid for to take away as a policy. In dessert there is no choice or variety.
Not recommended, not pleasant, not tasty, we will not return.

Super hot day and the restaurant was just opened and only 2 tables were sat down, was made to wait out in the heat for 35 minutes whilst two sour faced people at the front just waited there. Staff inside were standing around doing nothing and all tables had been set already. Finally was taken to a table outside which the waitress randomly picked and had changed ,ind on several times after realising that there were 5 people and she was trying to sit us a t tables with 4 places; then another waitress came after a long duration.
This other waitress was like a robot and had no emotion to her and read back the order so fast that you thought it was Siri. Drink's came and one of them was missing, the waiter realised this yet took 15 minutes to retrieve it from the bar where it had been sitting in the sun.
Food came out and was ordinary, at best.
Asked for the bill and this took another 20 minutes to retrieve, with Robot waitress acting like Siri again. Unnecessary again considering the restaurant was only about 3% full by now, people outside still waiting for a table, and staff standing around doing nothing including the kitchen. The two at the front were pretending to be busy and were having a good chat and laughing whilst people were waiting for some sort of service, on some sort of doorbitch power trip.

Silo is a great Italian restaurant with various well made dishes, the atmosphere is nice and the stuff is friendly and responsive. Great place to have a dinner with friends or family.

My wife and I had visited the Silo long ago twice and in both occasions it looked very promising and welcoming at the begining but then it came...I asked to have the drink with the food and got it later , we had to ask 4 times for a glass of water and to top it off we had to ask 3 times for the bill.
Then came the third time. We've decided to give it another try but...there we go the same inattentiveness issues struck again. Only this time we have had to ask 4 times for the bill.
Food is good to very good but we care about the service. For us good food is not enough. It should be accompanied with good and attentive service.
If you are a "soup of the Nazzi" customer you'll enjoy Silo's food. If service (like it us for me) is a huge issue for you ,I would NOT recommend Silo at all.

Professional and warm service. Pleasant and unique atmosphere.
Pizzas and pastries from the Tree "Taboon" are excellent!
Starters - amazing. Main courses - wonderful. And desserts - surprising!
Highly recommended !!
