As most reviews start, this place was recommended by many. I was invited to a 87th BD lunch and was excited to try. Max 6 people at a gathering, very well spaced out with plexiglass separating patrons. A baked Brie with caramalized onions was ordered...for the table, which was quite tasty. I was the only person who had not been here before. Two shared a Club sandwich with fries and 2 shared a Club with Salad and Onion rings I believe. I ordered the Fish and Chips which I should say was MASSIVE. Came with coleslaw, homemade fries which were quite delicious, even warmed up for dinner which is very rare for fries to be still edible after a couple of hours. I believe the fish was Haddock which was a little tough around the edges but very tasty otherwise. I took well over half of my lunch home and my hubby and I shared it for dinner. Interesting decor, clean facilities, friendly staff. Overall a nice place for a fresh meal. I did notice tho, that 1 of our party had a walker to help with her mobility and the front door had a step to get up, took 2 to help .. not sure if there is another way in but it was def rather cumberson.More

I was dreaming of their slow roasted pork for all of the summer and into late fall. Finally went Dec 16th . It is an hours drive from where we live. We both ordered the roast pork which is the signature dish. So very disappointed...😞 Not the same slow roasted pork so much like what my mom use to cook. In fact, pretty sure it was a week old and just heated as needed. Sandy who use to do the cooking has let her son take over. And he is obviously younger with his own ideas, which seems to be “ wings” , which he doesn’t realize you can get anywhere. Real home cooking was always the reason to go to this restaurant and I am afraid it has lost its way. I definitely have no desire to ever go back.More

We visited for brunch on a Saturday on a warm fall day in October...during the pandemic. We chose to dine outside, on the "patio". Tables were set up nicely in the back garden of the restaurant and it was lovely, considering. We ordered Eggs Benedict...and orange juice. The meal was good but just average. The service was good. I must be honest and disclose that I am not much of a breakfast diner. My 3/5 review may be impacted by this. :) I wouldn't go out of my way to go back to Mylar and Loreta's but I do recommend it to anyone who is in the area or travelling through, for a hearty meal at a clean, down to earth, family restaurant.More

On our way back to Niagara from Blue Mountain, we stopped for breakfast. From the moment we walked in the door, this place had a special feeling. From the welcome greeting, the ambiance, friendliness and then the amazing food, you have to know that we...will be back!! Sometimes you just have to say, Thank You. JohnMore

What a delightful charming place in Singhampton ! We had lunch on Sept 19th for four on the lovely patio enjoying a sunny day. Beautiful day . We were introduced to Spencer and his very good and attentive staff. Though they were gearing up for...an evening wedding we were superbly looked after. The service and food was excellent - in particular the Eggs Benedict that Vicki ordered, the Liver that Lita craved for and loved , the elegant crust in the turkey pie that Darryl said was the best! ...and the Burger that was juicy and surprised me . One can tell the authenticity, skills and the passion levels in the best kitchens worldwide by sampling the simple burger ! It’s a sure tell tale! And Mylar's was right up there . And of course the Creemore beer - naturally freshest from the springs 🤗. Thank you Would strongly recommend a stop over at Mylars wherever you are going or make it a special destination to stop by ! We head back there this coming Saturday, Oct 17th for lunch and to introduce friends to our new find 🤗😉 Lita + Michael MenezesMore

It seems like they don't really care about their patrons as they allow servers to not wear masks when serving customers during this pandemic. The unmasked waiter came to our table, and when I asked him if he could wear a mask, he gave me...a snotty look, said, "he didn't have a mask". At this point I asked for a masked server, as he went on to serve less cautious patrons. Normally, the place deserves 5 stars but not until they start following Public Safety guidelines.More

First time in 4 months that we visited a restaurant. Worth the drive to Singhampton. Friendly greeting and the food was excellent. Roast Beef was the best. Only issue was the doors to the patio were open and we were bothered by a few pesky...flies. Amanda was our server and did a great job. Creemore on tap is bonusMore

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and asked a local from a nearby town. They directed us to this hidden gem. What a delight with their outdoor patio/seating area. The service, food were top notch and a very pleasing price....Certainly will be going back when back in the area.More

My wife and I decided to try this little town place our. The service is nice and very quaint. Food is home cooked but with little knowledge of culinary skills. Mash potatoes very dry and seemed old. Breading on Chicken Schnitzel was very poorly done....My wifes sauce was fermented...... we had a bite each and stopped. Packed it up and threw it away. If you can cook this is not the place for you as most things are not fresh.More

Cannot remember exact prices, but they were very reasonable and the quantities were large.
