Had some yummy cakes from here today. A little pricey but nice. Its a little cafe a bit compact but friendly.

The cafe is nice. The menu is slightly eccentric in a good way (Christmas cake and custard in May is interesting) and the staff are certainly friendly. However, on the day we visited, service was a little random. The cafe was busy I admit but what we ordered wasn't complicated but took a good while to arrive and it arrived... More

We've been to Warkworth many times and always pop into one of our favourite eating places. This restaurant has a cosy atmosphere with welcoming staff and Margaret serves excellent home cooked meals at very affordable prices.

An attractive well presented cafe in the village. It was a nice place to stop off and enjoy a coffee. The food looked really nice but we didn't have time to sample the menu of homemade food.

Quick service, well presented, quiet atmosphere. Food tasty and fresh. Parking in village is horrendous if you need to get close to restaurant with disabled people. Try the freshly baked cakes and sweets if you can!

Visited Warkworth with our son and his girlfriend who was new to Northumberland. We used to visit this little restaurant when he was small and he still wanted cakes! We were not disappointed , a lovely array of home cooked cakes and roulades met us at the door. No shop bought stuff in here I can assure you. Trying as... More

Called in at 12.30 so not too busy. Immediately attended to by the owner (I presume) who was very helpful. My wife had sandwiches which were full to bursting and I had a warm beef bap with fries. Excellent! Followed up with two generous slices of home made cake which were also very good. The prices are good given the... More

We were attracted by the display of homemade cakes in the window but goodness there is so much more once you view the menu. The fish soup was absolutely delicious and the crab starter was very good. The chice of homemade cakes and desserts was excellent and all four of our party had something different and all said they tasted... More

Topsey Turvey has a varied menu of meals, snacks and of course cakes. The service is good and friendly, the quality is excellent, and the prices fair. The atmosphere is good too. I will not hesitate to return when next in the area.
