The most prestigious address in Mumbai, Malabar Hill is a quiet neighbourhood that is a home to the richest business families and who’s who of the corporate world. From the lush green Hanging Gardens overlooking the Queen’s Necklace, to quaint boutiques offering high fashion, there’s much to explore in this historic neighbourhood. While Banganga Tank and the Walkeshar Temple are popular among the pilgrims travelling to the city, Peddar Road and Breach Candy are the busier parts of this locality and with their high-end designer stores provide the perfect inspiration to all looking at revamping the wardrobe.
Har har mahadev, shiv temple situatedto nearby grant road station, you can walk through 10 minutes or get a shared cab, 100 stears approx to reach upto temple, great experience, always relaxing and chants mesmerizes "jai bholenaath".
Lots and lots of visitors to this working museum and library. Lots of very small school children visiting as well as all the tourist. Watch out for some of the street vendors - some are rather aggressive and some use their children(who should be at school) as beggars etc
It's one of the oldest Jain temple in Mumbai. The temple is beautifully built and is conveniently located on the main road, which is beneficial considering that it is convenient for old people with mobility issues, to visit the temple via vehicle. The temple and the place outside is well maintained.
