Home to the iconic Juhu Beach, acclaimed Prithvi Theatre & ISKCON Temple, this breezy sea-facing neighbourhood is one of the city’s jewels, studded with homes of Bollywood celebrities, designer boutiques, swanky sea-facing restaurants, hip pubs & discotheques, a range of hotels along the shore suiting every budget, sea-food specialty restaurants and a variety of street food like Pav Bhaji, Bhel Puri and Pani Puri at the beach. And for those seeking some calm in the hustle bustle, watching the sunset while taking a stroll along the vibrant beach with a carnivalesque atmosphere is worth an experience.
I've lived in Mumbai for more than 20 years and had never ever been to Mukteshwar Temple before. I feel it was a crime. This place is so beautiful and well maintained. For someone like me who isn't very religious, it was a great learning experience.
I visited the temple with my colleagues from Israel and they too loved the...
This place can never disappoint you . My usual hangout place where the food is amazing and not a hole in your pocket. The paranthas are fabulous and the ambience energises you . The ice teas are good and pasta is also worth a try.
I am regular visitor to the lotus cafe, the buffet spread here is fabulous. Delicious antres and mind blowing quality of food spead to see. A must visit for people visiting Mumbai for business or leasure tours. Being inside Marriott, the decor and vibe is peaceful and serene. Hygenic place with quick service and polite and humble staff.
Loved their Caprese sandwich with the cornucopia of pesto and mozzarella.
Also for tit-bits do try the coffee with macaroons.
Hope to try even more dishes in my next visit.
We went to celebrate my father's birthday here and the service of Vinay added to our celebrations he made sure that we had a memorable day and the head chef made sure he made food as per our taste... In short spent a wonderful evening here Must visit here..
We had a pleasant experience as Roshan at Dashanzi attended to us in a personalized manner that reflected the good grooming he had received at the Marriott. The cocktails were splendid and the dimsums were delectable. The food was delicious and on the whole it was a memorable evening that drew from us a promise to visit again.
We came here and ate Hakka noodles and paneer! It was amazing food that was easy on my mum who came to India for the first time!
I would definitely recommend to anyone, the staff were all lovely and the ambience was really good!
Beautiful resort with lovely room, upgraded for honeymoon but on smoking floor which was obviously smelly. Breakfast was amazing as with the dinner.
One evening they were preparing for film festival therefore lots of preparation undergoing so dinner was interrupted by construction staff.
Dashanzi restaurant was brilliant, a must dining place even if you are not staying at the hotel....
We checked in at the Bawa Continental for a two night stay in Mumbai and were told that our booking had been upgraded. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised as it was very spacious and comfortable.
Unfortunately there was a lingering musty smell of damp which was pretty intense, however we found that opening the window...
Since the traffic is horrible in Mumbai this hotel is sort of centerally located in the middle.
Good service, nice personnel and Juhu beach is right there.
We ate at the hotel and the food was fine. Many of the rooms have a nice view of the ocean and the sunsets
We stayed just for 2 nights between flights and found the hotel was comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The location for Juhu beach was good although it wasn't really a beach like we know it! The Iskon temple is well worth a visit.
A location which is that prime, a good hotel which oozes old world charm and rooms that spacious- my stay was well taken care of. Spl mention for the breakfast and the staff being on their toes. Bedding could have been a lil better and the property definitely needs some renovation now probably. Keep it up!
