Located in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, Double Bay is a one of the city's most beautiful harbour neighbourhoods. Designer boutiques provide a decadent shopping experience and dress some of the most beautiful people in Sydney. Sit down at one of the open air cafes for a latte or a meal and enjoy the people-watching. Double Bay was once an exclusive enclave for an older, elite population, but new restaurants, late night bars, hotels and cafés are attracting a younger, vibrant mix, making Double Bay the place to be on the harbour.
Of course it’s much better when the sun is shining but this pool is such a delightful place to visit with its fabulous harbour views. Swim if you’re game to during winter. Not for me but others love cold water. But do visit
Local well-established gallery for over 20 years in Double Bay. Love going to the lots of events music and speakers. We went to opening of Sue Meyers exhibition of large canvasses layered with thick oil colours that draw you in. Young musicians of high standard played in courtyard while we enjoyed a glass of wine and enjoyed the ambience. Great...
Stopped in for the Gabrielle opening. Compliments on the quality of his work. Love the ariel photos and wished we could have packed one back to New York with us.
Really think that his pictures compliment the Sydney lifestyle and the surrounding area.
I was particularly impressed with the large format picture in the back of the gallery. My recommendation...
My first visit and I found the staff very helpful and friendly it was about 6.30am on a Saturday morning and seemed quite busy but there was plenty of equipment with nice staff and polite members. It is not part of the hotel but very convenient less than a 1 minute walk.
My six year old daughter and I had a fantastic time sailing last week on the Pilgrim at Magnetic Island. Claire and Paul are lovely hosts and very welcoming to families with kids. The lunchtime cruise is a great choice of cruise for families. We sailed to a sheltered and pristine bay and then jumped on the rubber dinghy for...

I recently held my 30th Birthday party at Bibo Wine bar and it was absolutely phenomenal. It is not often you find all of these things in one place. Bibo is intimate and special. When planning an event, the customer service begins at the enquiry - Emma who runs the events was there to inform and answer any questions I...
The Pizza is well-proportioned and the most tasty you will find around here. Pasta is fantastic and the ambiance is typically Italian. It is not a place to spend an evening but really fantastic for dinner with the family or friends before some other activity.
Service is fast and friendly and the Italian accent of the staff is quite delightful.
Amazing place to have your breakfast. The area where this place is located is beautiful to walk. They create delicious and healthy bowls for breakfast for sure something different but must tried. I found a-lot vegan or gluten free options also.
Great night out at Pink Salt, have had many many dinners here! Never disappoints and there is a really great choice in Entrees, Mains, Share Plates and the Desserts are spectacular!! Best Mojitos, pomegranate my favourite!! Staff are attentive and it gets real busy. Love the ambiance, relaxed and elegant, especially bar and lounge area upstairs. I had my 40th...
full 5 star experience with great service, excellent room, amazing bed, quietness and general facilities including access to full gym.
Only complaint was a long wait for concierge attendance, no bell to summon help.
Double Bay is quite out of city so not the destination I would normally look for.
Booked the Retreat Suite which was the most expensive room as I was told that it was the only room available. When we arrived we found that we were not given that room and when I questioned it and showed my receipt that clearly said the retreat room I was basically told bad luck.
The room we got was ok...
