Inside the farm, I have recently opened an innovative workshop where I produce three hazelnut spreads. I also produce chocolate and two different extra virgin olive oils: one from Canino olives, very delicate and balanced, the other from a blend of Leccino, Maurino and Frantoio olives, with a more intense and bitter taste.
