Dear January_Travels. Thank you so much for selecting Lomas del Volcán Hotel as the place to spend your vacations in Arenal. About the room you mention in this feedback, it meets all the amenities one can ask for and its location is really exceptionall regarding the property: back view to the jungle and a proximity to the fauna like no other place. For nature lovers this is perfect. In relation of the feeling you had about our customer service, we can say we strive every day in make our customers feel like no other place before. We are glad that you enjoyed our swimming pool area and the hot tub but sad you did not see the volcano during your entire stay. We would like to recommend you to return on March and April, the best two months to see the volcano. Hopefully this is a first trip into our hotel and we mhope to see you return many moree times.
