Dear Ms_0pini0nated Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback following your recent stay at The Lakehouse Cameron Highlands. Feedback is always greatly appreciated and helps us to constantly strive to improve our services. Regrettably, development activities on the Highlands had caused erosion which has affected the condition of the lake in front of the hotel, hence the work ongoing at the lake which is beyond our control. With regards to the WiFi, unfortunately the coverage is restricted due to the bandwidth from the local provider which we hope to see it upgraded in the near future. I have noted down your comments regarding the food and have discussed it with the relevant department heads. Please accept my apology for this shortfall in service and rest assured that we make every effort to improve and greatly value and appreciate your time and feedback. Once again, thank you for the feedback and we are pleased to know you did enjoy your overall experience at The Lakehouse and we look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
