Great place, great location and the view to river. Average gym and pool area, average breakfast. However hotel and room quality is very poor. 20 years old style rooms with old furniture, paints are falling, bath is very very old. Bugs running in the room. Noisy air…

We really appreciate your feedback very much as this enables us to improve standards and provide guests with the best possible service and a comfortable stay. You are right about the condition of the rooms. Hotel is more than 20 years old, and we all work to keep everything well maintained. Please note that some of renovation work is already in process and a fully Hotel renovation plan will start with beginning of 2018. I also appreciate your comment on the some beetles or fly which came througt the open window in your room. I'm very sorry to hear that the experience was not up to your expectations.
