Hi there, We are currently in the process of upgrading some of our bunks as we are aware some are too low! We will also have a look at the configuration of the room and see what we can change. I can only apologise for your key card failing, this can happen for numerous reasons, one of which if it is close to your phone? Unfortunately we did have some water issues during the time of your stay and again I apologise for this as we're aware this isn't ideal!
