“Would not return to this hotel, or any from the Real Resorts”

We had a reservation to stay at this hotel for four nights, from January 31st until February 4th, 2013. They claim to be a 4 star hotel. Our confirmation said that we would have a mini bar on every room. OK, let's start... The good: well, it's in Playa del Carmen... The bad: the towels and bed sheets were not... More
