We charge you the $10,- resort fee so you can enjoy all the facilities we offer here at Floris Suite. Such as the outdoor pool, our spa, 24/7 gym, shuttle service to and from Willemstad, our golf cart that brings you to Moomba Beach Club, Pirate Bay Beach Restaurant and Tomatoes Pizzas at the Beach (and pick you up as well.) Our suites are not the newest, but they do have the best price/quality ratio on the island. We work as hard as possible to maintain our suites and keep them clean. If there is something wrong with them please report it to the reception, so we can solve the issue. For your complaints, we wanted to offer you another room. But when you came to the reception you already booked a new room at another hotel, so you didn’t give us the chance to solve your issues. That is why we could not refund your stay. When we talk about our private beach, Moomba Beach Club. It is a 5-minute walk from the hotel to Moomba Beach. We are sorry that you experienced this differently. If you don’t want to walk to Moomba Beach, we are willing to bring you with our golf cart. (and pick you up as well.) Moomba Beach Club is a beautiful beach with great access to the sea and has a beach bar with the best breakfast, lunch and finger food.
