Cook Japanese dishes in a home kitchen. Is Japanese cuisine one of your favorite things about Japanese culture? If the answer is yes, this is the experience for you. In this workshop, we will cook rich soy milk from soy beans, creamy tofu and matcha sweets. I'll give you all my recipes at the beginning of the class and share my tips with you. After cooking, please enjoy the complete meals with our additional dishes. a soup stock that is at the base of many Japanese dishes. Our dashi which is a fundamental Japanese soup stock is made of vegetables. The dashi will give them all a rich, deep, and delicate umami flavour. I will also offer Tai Chazuke with the dashi.
