We used Eco Taxi Service to take a party of 5 Adults from Ella to Galle. I booked them 2 days before we needed to travel and found the whole experience dealing with them seamless. They were prompt in responding to my initial inquiry via WhatsApp, competitive on their pricing and delivered on my request for a good clean vehicle with working seatbelts. The driver was personable, and we felt very safe with his driving. Overall I would highly recommend this company if you require transportation while in the Ella region.

After a lovely stay at Indika and Thanaka’s home stay, Symbol of Ella, we asked Indika to arrange onward transport to Dikwella via his taxi service. Driver was courteous and punctual, car was comfortable and the price was good (18,000 LKR). So when we needed to get to Weligama, I contacted Indika via WhatsApp to arrange that too. Ended up using Indika’s service for transport Weligama to Colombo, including 1hr stop in Galle (22,000 LKR) and Colombo, Galle Face Green to airport nr. Negombo (8,500 LKR) In all cases, driver was always ready and waiting 15 min before agreed pickup time and Indika always provided the driver’s name and a photo of their car and registration plate via WhatsApp the night before. Great communication and so convenient via WhatsApp. We thoroughly recommend Indika’s services for arranging transport and will definitely be using him again when we return to beautiful Sri Lanka. I would also consider using his service as alternative to arranging a single driver for all transport, combining it with PickMe when at the destination, which may be more cost effective depending on the journeys you plan to make.

We booked two taxis via this company, one way pick up and drop off. Both taxis were very comfortable sedans with a responsible driver, AC, and lots of space. Best of all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company!

We had a fantastic taxi ride with Ajantha as our driver. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His driving was smooth and safe, and he shared interesting insights about the local area. We highly recommend Ajantha for anyone needing a reliable and pleasant driver in and around Ella.

We organized our trip through Indika as friends were traveling with him 2 years ago. I contacted him via Whattsapp from Germany. From here we agreed the route and then discussed the price. Here he was a very good help with route planning. The pickup in Colombo then worked very well. After the long journey, our driver picked us up from the airport with a sign so that we could really relax after the flight. Indika also called directly to see if everything worked out. Also during the rest of the trip we were always in contact with Indika. He often asked if everything was fine. He also organized excursions for us (safari, whale watching, train ride Ella Kandy, etc.) This has also always been a good fit in terms of price and quality. We can fully recommend this company.

Chattu was one of our favourite drivers in Sri Lanka. We only had him for 2 drives but he was responsive, on time and very interesting conversationalist. He caught on that we hadn't had many local food experiences and he stopped at a roadside stall so we could try local food. Our experience of Sri Lanka mattered go him. Very good English and very friendly. Highly recommend

Indika organized travel for us from Ella to Galle, with a stopover in Udawalawe National Park in the middle. Our driver, Nilan, was an absolute gem who knew so much about his country and made sure to stop at all the little scenic spots for us to take photos and tell us the history behind them. He also made our safari fun and easy to navigate as he helped translate and also seemed to have as good of a time as we did! As an added plus, Indika was also able to get us from Galle to the Negombo airport effortlessly and on time. All and all I would highly recommend using his services.

We also booked a tour through Indika and can only confirm the really positive reviews. The tour lasted 8 hours and took us from Ella via Nuwara Eliya to Sigirya. Our driver Asanka was just great. He drove very safely, had a very good car, led us through the mountains and showed us beautiful places everywhere. It was by far the best tour we have had here in Sri Lanka. Here also the price performance ratio was right and we can recommend it in good conscience! Thank you for a wonderful, eventful day!!,
