What a trip and what a father, daughter duo. My husband and I with our 3 boys aged 7, 6 and 5 went out with Séan and Kea today. We were met by a friendly greeting and that is the way our trip continued. The journey out to Iniskea Island was smooth and beautiful with Kea giving us some information about the area and what we were passing. Séan brought us out for a small fishing trip and helped our boys reel in fish and went above and beyond to make the experience memorable for us all before he went on to advise on how to get the most from the island for our family. The island is gorgeous with beautiful scenery and beaches. We all loved being on it. I can't recommend this trip enough. Highly recommend.

Booked both the sea angling trip and the tour of Inishkea. Both are absolutely fantastic! I've been coming to Erris for years and have never done this before it's a brilliant way to see the area from a different angle. 3hours of fishing and we caught enough mackerel pollack and coley to feed us for the rest of the holiday. Sean and his family team were second to none and even rang us to bring our sailing time earlier to avoid rain forecast for the afternoon, couldn't ask for a more friendly service.

Myself, husband and our 3 kid went on this trip last September. We still think back back to that day. The white sands of the Inishkeas and the turquoise waters were just breathtaking but being taken there by descendants made it extra special. My daughter and I walked to the signal tower at the top of Alt mor while my husband and 2 sons took the guided tour with Kea, who had a vast knowledge of the area and in particular of the Inishkeas. We then enjoyed a dip in the (very cold!) sea and picnic by the pier. We all agreed that a return journey is a must and when we do it will be with Belmullet Boat Charters Thanks again.

We really appreciated the opportunity to visit Iniskea Island. Sean and his son Josh were very happy to help us on and off the ferry with our 8-year old twins. Our daughter is wheelchair bound and they graciously made sure her chair (adaptive stroller) got on board safely. We enjoyed walking around the island and were able to navigate her stroller on the grass to see the sandy white beach and up the rocky road to the gorgeous coastline. We searched for dolphins on the ferry ride and seals on the coast but we did not get to see any. Maybe next time! The houses were fun to explore. My daughter has not smiled this much in ages! We are so grateful for this experience.

Highly recommend. An incredibly beautiful area. A pod of about 60 dolphins followed the boat most of the way. Sean is really lovely, highly knowledgeable and clearly cares deeply about the area.

Wonderful experience overall. The Lavelles were great from booking online (Kea was really responsive and helpful) to the moment we stepped back on the pier in Blacksod. Sean and Josh were very welcoming. We will definitely travel to Iniskea with Belmullet Boat Charters again.

Excellent trip with Sean and the crew. Really friendly and informative. We had great weather and the island was perfect completely surpassed my expectations. Loved it and will return in the future. Just wish we’d had more time.
