    Very beautiful aquarium.
Very beautiful aquarium. I had the chance to attend the otters' meal in the morning. The shark tank is fantastic. A room is reserved for butterflies. You move around the room with butterflies flying around you! Gorgeous
    Merci beaucoup!

    Dingle aquarium
Good selection of species. Enclosures are a bit small. Enjoyed seeing the larger glass views with the shark. Plenty of parking across the road. Little over priced for the visit. Large gift shop at the end with a wide variety of items to purchase. Clean and tidy throughout the visit.
Thanks for taking the time to review!

Family Fun on a rainy day in Dingle
Having visited Bray Seaworld a couple of years back - we had very low expectations for Dingle Oceanworld. How wrong we were! It is small but perfectly formed with so many things to see. Our boys LOVED the sea turtle, mantarays and butterflies. We will defo be back the next time we're in Dingle.
Im delighted the boys loved the aquarium, we do our best and the staff really love what they do. Hope to see you all again soon. thanks

    An OK Aquarium
A decent aquarium on the seafront to kill an hour or so if the weather is poor. We saw the penguin feeding time, which was cute. Otters, sharks, starfish, piranhas and frogs to name a few. There is a small underwater tunnel and also a room with butterflies which I've never found in an aquarium before. Gift shop, coffee shop and toilets. 20 euros entry per adult..so not cheap, but it's going towards conservation.
Thank you for your review, Im glad you enjoyed your visit! Thanks

    Good family activity
A small but nice aquarium. We planned a visit here specifically as part of our day’s activities with an 11 & 15 year old. They both loved it. Paid parking directly across the way, which can be very busy during tourist season. The location is also ideal for a stroll around the pier afterwards. Staying for the penguin feeding is worth it & the staff talk was informative & they were very approachable.
    Ann, thanks for your review.

Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium shows that small is beautiful and can feel huge...
This is my favorite aquarium. It has an astonishing variety of seacreatures and they are displayed beautifully and creatively. We loved the feeding of the otters. They are so cute. I could not believe how small the whole aquarium actually is, it felt much bigger. I liked the outsiDingle de access ramp with it's comfortable gentle gradient...
Thanks for your review and your lovely comments, Im glad you enjoyed your visit and got to see the otters being fed. thanks

I like the thought that our money supports the rehabilitation on animals onsite.
The aquarium is nice and clean, the staff friendly. We walked in to the first exhibit and I was alarmed to see an octopus in a tank that seemed way too small for it. Octopuses need crevices to hide in and things to stimulate their minds. This tank did not provide anything like that for the octopus. The other tanks and exhibits seemed adequately sized except for the shark. His tank seemed extremely limiting for such a large animal. I realize some of these animals on display have been rescued and rehabilitated, but they still require a certain sized tank to live and thrive in. The penguins and otters were adorable.
Jill, Many thanks for your review, the Octopus has lots of crevices and places to hide in, sometimes we find it difficult to find him ourselves! The sharks tank is quiet deceiving in size from the viewing area, it actually holds 440,000 litres of water. We are governed under very strict guidelines of the sizes of the tanks for all our animals and have inspections on a yearly basis. Thanks again for taking the time to review us, we appreciate all feed back. thanks

    Amazing aquarium
My almost 3,5 year loves marine animals so the aquarium has been on our places to visit for a while. We finally visited last week, and boy were we not disappointed!! Incredibly interactive for little ones and adults. The different eco systems were really interesting and kept my son entertained for a very long time!! The feeding talks were also fun and educational. Just love this place!! Well done to all that work there, would definitely visit again.
Thanks for your lovely comments and I will definitely pass on to the staff here at the aquarium. Thanks again and hope to see you all soon!

Highly recommend a visit while you’re in Dingle!
While walking around the waterfront in Dingle, we decided to visit the aquarium. We were lucky to catch an otter feeding narrated by a very knowledgeable young gentleman. We were also able to see the penguins and hear about their habits and lifespan (30 years!), and see the shark feeding. The octopus and numerous sea creatures were equally interesting. There’s a wealth of information to be learned to appreciate our ocean life. It was well worth a visit. We would do it again in a heartbeat!
Many thanks for your review, and glad you enjoyed the otter feeding talk. thank you!

Venturing in was worth it to us
We didn't expect much walking in on a whim? however after the tour my wife and I looked at each other and pretty much said "well worth it". The person doing the commentary on the Otters, Penguins and Shark tank was very good. the Butterfly area was one of the better ones I have been in. The fish and sea creatures they had in such a small aquarium (and small town) was impressive. Good Job Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium
Many thanks for taking the time to review our aquarium and Im happy that you enjoyed your visit.
