If you want to have the certain about see aurora, you should take this agency. One girl with us said one day before had made another tour with another company, and said she doesn’t had seen anything. Because normal tour take you around 20 minutes from Rovaniemi only. This tour we got, took us almost 2 hour driving away. And we had a perfect experience about Aurora! We loved! He took many picture of us. How many you want, he can take. And this is important because just professional cameras can make these photos. With cellphone is impossible . Group is small so he can take give more attention about photos. Very nice!

Our dream of seeing the Aurora came true thanks to this tour company. It was on our bucket list for years, and we loved the tour! Mou was always happy and fun and didn't complain when we wanted hundreds of pictures😅 And Alex provided an excellent service, even during night time! Very friendly guys, our kids had lots of fun

Our driver take total 7 of us in big comfortable Mercedes-Benz van ! He drove around for almost 2 hr chasing Aurora! And we wait for 30-40 min , finally we saw it , it was amazing! Is my first time chasing Aurora , and so lucky has the chance to see it . highly recommend this tour ! 👍😁

I was a bit sceptical to book a tour with a company with just a few reviews, but objectively thinking, the chances to see Aurora with the standard 3 hours/ 1 location tours, especially out of the Aurora season, are extremely low going to zero. So, we booked this tour and what a great decision this was! Our guide Mou had the most difficult task to find the Aurora, as the weather was not helping and everywhere around Rovaniemi was extremely cloudy, but he was very determined to go at any length to find it and he constantly checked his apps and the sky and exchanged information with the others from his team. All in all, it took 6 hours or a bit longer to get back to our accommodation, but this only after Mou drove a loooong way and found the right spot where a dim Aurora light was initially visible for his experienced eyes and where, after some waiting time, the Aurora intensified and we could see the beautiful northern lights dancing. We also received from GM the beautiful photos taken by Mou to remind us of this great hunting experience. Mou, thank you so much for the exciting and friendly experience! Alex, thank you for the constant and helpful infos and updates before and after the tour! We will certainly go back and join you once again to chase the Aurora, but in the right season, to see it as it’s full potential.

really professional company, they are nothing doing your just for gain tourists but because they really like and have passion. we went out to the northern light tour and it was a journey lasts the whole night, even though we did not manage to see it our guide Felix was trying it as hard he could and putting all his efforts finding the right spot and getting frozen to make us satisfied. highly recommended!!

It was an amazing experience. It was literally a chase to the northern lights. Our guide spent the first couple of hours on frequent calls with the team, who were telling him the best route according to the weather because it was cloudy, until they found the right spot with a clean sky. When we arrived there, we stared to see a little bit of northern light, but because another group arrived there too, we moved to another spot with more privacy and a better view. It was a lakeside on a road, very beautiful. After a few moments, the Northen lights came out, and it was amazing. The guide keeps the van on, so you don't need to wait outside, but you can keep yourself warm waiting to be called by him to take some pictures. They offer coats (if you are not prepared) and hot beverages. We preferred (and actually enjoyed a lot) to wait outside and take some pictures with our camera. I think that in this way we felt more of the experience, but this is up to you. The guide was also very friendly, and it was nice chatting a little while waiting for the northern light. After seeing it, the guide asked what we wanted to do: if we wanted to move somewhere else, wait some more to see if the northern light would return or go home. It was an amazing experience that we'll never forget; they helped to create a very good memory of our trip to Rovaniemi. They really do everything to let you see the northern lights. Just don't lose hope during the trip; they promise to make you see something, and if the trip is confirmed, they keep the promise. Thanks, Alex and team, for the great trip!

We did the Aurora Hunting tour with Felix at the end of October, and during our Lapland trip of 5 nights, this was the only time when we managed to see the Aurora. So Arctic GM really delivered on their promise that you will for sure see the Aurora. We were 8 people on the tour, and Felix drove for 2 - 2.5 hours north towards the north until we were able to reach a spot from here you could see the northern lights. Now it is true that the lights were not at the intensity and spectacularity that you see them on social media posts, but it’s after all a natural phenomenon, so it’s not something that can be controlled. But Felix took some good pictures of us and the Aurora, and the lights looked great on camera. What we also liked was that Arctic GM provided very good and warm overalls that were a big help in the extremely cold weather. Communication was great, both with Alex (the person who we were in contact for scheduling the activity) and Felix (our guide for the activity). Both are very helpful and happy to answer any questions. So we recommend this Aurora Hunting activity if you want to see the Aurora for sure during your trip to Lapland.

We booked the aurora hunting with them. They made contact with us every day during our stay in Rovaniemi, keeping us updated about the weather and Aurora conditions. The odds of seeing it were always low as it was always very cloudy. 1/12 was our last night in Rovaniemi and they told us the odds was about 30% , but we decided to take the risk. After 2 hours of driving we were finnally able to see her!

We had the best time with Mou on our chase to see the Northern Lights. We were so thankful for it to be a big success! Mou could not have been nicer or more patient. And we were so pleased with all the photos he took of us. All around a huge success!!!!

We used Arctic GM for two of our tours and would have used them more if they had the availability but they're clearly very popular. The tour guide and general face of the business, Alex, was very friendly and knowledgeable. During our Husky tour we had a delightful conversation and he helped us to enjoy the morning more. During our tours we were offered glogi tea and snacks like biscuits, sausage and chocolate - while not necessary, they are hugely appreciated gestures and it signifies a real desire to be a good host. We also used Arctic GM for the Northern Lights Tour and even though we weren't lucky enough to see it, Alex provided recommendations on a daily basis. Initially upon booking he took availability for our trip so if the date needed changing, he would know when we could go. This demonstrated to us a real passion for the job but also a firm understanding of the importance of our desire to witness the lights. We were given a partial refund as we didn't get to see the lights so if we ever return to Finland, we won't hesitate to use Arctic GM for any of our tours. Highly recommended.
