Tower Bridge is an exceptional attraction in London, and I strongly recommend everyone to visit. Additionally, I recommend getting a ticket and visiting the second floor on the top, stairs, engine room, and finally, gift shop. You will experience an amazing view of the Thames River from the top of Tower Bridge. Don't forget to take memorable photos in different parts of Tower Bridge day and night, the night view of Tower Bridge is unbeatable. Getting there by underground, bus, or taxi is very convenient. In addition, there are some cafes and restaurants around there.

Thank you to the staff who noting my disability, came to my aid to take me to the front of the biggish queue in order to buy 2 tickets for the venue - you were very kind! I highly recommend doing the “historic tour” of the innards of Tower Bridge, it was so very interesting! Many photo opportunities and even though I have a big fear of heights, the only bit of struggle I had was the glass floor (seeing the road below!) - however I still managed to get some quivery photos I’m proud to say! Enjoy your time and then PLEASE go to the gift shop - it’s THE best gift shop I’ve ever been to!! The staff there were fab too - a nan on seeing my slow walk & walking stick tried to sneak in to the front of the till by going around to the other side, but the lady serving had seen me already and waved him off! She then wrapped in tissue paper all my little gifts “so they don't get scratched in the bag” & gave me a beaming smile as I left! Yep highly recommend - don’t forget even walking across the bridge itself has lots of photo opps!

As a chauffeur with One 10 Transfers, I’ve had the privilege of driving countless visitors to various landmarks in London, but there’s something truly special about the journey from Heathrow Airport to the Tower of London Bridge. It’s not just about the destination but the experience of arriving in the city in comfort, style, and ease. I met my passengers at the airport, where their flight had just landed, and immediately, I could sense their excitement. After a quick and smooth pickup, we were off on our way towards one of London’s most iconic landmarks – the Tower of London Bridge. The drive was a seamless experience, and I knew the first impression of London would be nothing less than spectacular. As we cruised along the M4 and entered the city’s more vibrant streets, I made sure to avoid the busy central roads, which helped to keep things moving smoothly, especially during rush hour. The journey offers plenty of scenic views, from the green spaces near Hounslow to the impressive urban skyline as we approached central London. The closer we got to the Tower of London, the more exciting it became. One of my favorite aspects of this trip is the perspective you get of the city. Driving through the historic streets, you get a real sense of London’s blend of old-world charm and modern sophistication. Approaching the Tower of London and Tower Bridge is simply breathtaking. There’s nothing quite like seeing these iconic structures up close, especially when they come into view just as you turn onto Tower Hill. As a chauffeur, I always take care to make the drive as smooth and comfortable as possible, ensuring that the passengers can relax, stretch, and take in the surroundings without worrying about anything. The vehicle was immaculate, offering plenty of legroom, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi for those who want to stay connected. For visitors to London, the Tower of London Bridge is a must-see. It’s not just a stunning piece of architecture but a place steeped in history, and arriving there after a scenic, relaxing drive only adds to the experience. Whether you're visiting the Crown Jewels or simply admiring the majestic Tower Bridge from below, it's a trip worth remembering. For those considering a private chauffeur service to start their London journey, I highly recommend One 10 Transfers. Not only does it set the tone for the rest of your trip, but it also takes away the stress of navigating London’s busy streets. As always, it’s a pleasure to share the magic of London with newcomers, and I look forward to many more drives to the Tower of London and beyond! Tip: Be sure to look out for the magnificent Tower Bridge from the car—it’s one of the best views of the city!

Tower Bridge is one of London’s most iconic landmarks, and visiting it is an incredible experience. The combination of stunning architecture, historical significance, and breathtaking views makes it a must-see attraction. The bridge itself is an engineering marvel, with its Victorian Gothic design and impressive bascule mechanism that allows it to open for passing ships. Walking across the bridge provides fantastic photo opportunities, especially at sunset when the city skyline looks even more spectacular. For those interested in history, the Tower Bridge Exhibition is worth a visit. The glass-floored walkways offer a unique perspective of the Thames below, and the museum provides fascinating insights into the bridge’s construction and operation. The interactive displays and original steam engines add an extra layer of engagement. While it can get crowded, especially during peak tourist hours, the experience is well worth it. Whether you’re a history enthusiast, a photographer, or simply a traveler exploring London, Tower Bridge is an unforgettable sight. Rating: 5/5

We did a combo Tower of London/Tower Bridge Tour. The Tower Bridge Tour consisted of tickets to take the elevator up to the viewing level, a walk across the clear floor over the road, and an option to see the lifting mechanism, which we did not do because of time constraints. It was a cool experience. I got a lot of good photos from the top. The floor was nice touch. There are small windows that you can slide open to get good pictures. I recommend a strap for your phone (which is a good idea since there is a phone snatching issue in London) so you don't drop it out the window. Wear your camera strap if that's what you are using. We took the steps down, which was really cool. We did not stop at the gift shop, but some of us did use the bathrooms. We came down the south tower, so we walked across the bridge to get back to the north side. Lots of good pictures were taken. I wouldn't say going up to the top is a must do, but this was our first trip to London and was something I really wanted to do to check it off the list of places I've seen.

Visiting the Tower Bridge in London with my teenage daughter was a mix of excitement and a few challenges. The iconic bridge, known for its stunning architecture and breathtaking views, offers a historically enriching and visually captivating walk. Be prepared for many steps to climb! While a lift is available, the staff seemed reluctant to allow people to use it. This was a bit of a setback for those who might struggle with the extensive stairs, so it's something to keep in mind if accessibility is a concern. One of the highlights of our visit was the glass walkway. My teenager was thrilled to walk across it, experiencing the thrill of seeing the Thames River right beneath her feet. It’s a unique and exhilarating part of the tour that’s especially appealing to younger visitors. However, the experience was somewhat marred by the fact that the steps at one end of the walkway were closed. This meant that visitors had to walk in both directions along the same path, leading to a rather crowded and chaotic experience. The narrow walkway made it difficult to fully enjoy the views without bumping into other visitors. Given the popularity of the Tower Bridge walk, I highly recommend booking your tickets in advance. This not only ensures you get a spot but can also save you time waiting in line. Despite a few logistical issues, the Tower Bridge walk is a memorable experience, particularly for the unique glass walkway. If you’re visiting with teenagers, they’re likely to find the walk thrilling. Just be prepared for the climb and the potential for some crowded conditions. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, but with a heads-up about the steps and the potential need for patience with the crowd.

A must! A fantastic experience which combines history and amazing views. We recently visited london and had fully planned 3 out of our 4 days with the last morning remaining… my wife came across this experience last minute and what a find. We booked the first time slot 9.30am - it should be noted there was a short queue already but you soon move along. You access the enterance from the north side of the bridge (tower side). The attraction then combines different experiences; an old divers suit, a video from history and then throughout are various characters with facts about the London Bridge and a stamp for the kids to collect and the most eye catching is the see through floors on the walk through - who knew you could walk over London Bridge. For 2 adults and 2 children (ages 3 and 6) it cost £30. We had a pushchair and in part it was mostly accessible via lifts aside from some facts on the stairs. We’d highly recommend. All in all it the experience can take 45-60 mins although should you wish to read everything it may take longer.

Tower Bridge Is a bascule and suspension bridge known for its Victorian Gothic design. The original colour of the bridge was chocolate brown. The bridge's central bascules can be raised to allow ships to pass through and the upper walkways (@Entry fee applies) provide breathtaking views of the River Thames and the city of London. There is no charge to walk on the bridge! The Tower Hill Underground station provides easy access to these landmarks.

This Victorian Age bridge is right by the Tower of London and offers a unique view of the city above the River Thames. The bridge itself is beautifully decorated and is the attraction of the area. We spent about 20 minutes in the area taking photos and would have been interested to go inside because entrance at 13.4 is a fair price. We took photos on the bridge, south bank and from the Tower of London. From the bridge itself you can get pictures of the nearby buildings, River Thames and the Tower of London. The closest metro is Tower Hill and there are some good restaurants, cafes and bars near the south side of the bridge.

Tower Bridge is one of several crossings over the Thames River. But it so much more. Built between 1886-94, the pedestrian bridge features two 65-metre twin towers that complement the London Towers just to the north of the Thames. Pedestrians can walk across the bridge. You can also enter and visit the 65-metre tall towers (£13.40 per adult) and opening hours are 9.30am to 6pm each day. Otherwise, just stand along the Thames on either side and admire this iconic landmark structure and one of the most easily recognisable bridges in the world.
