We arrived at the hotel early in the morning of August 7th at about 1:45am after a long afternoon of driving from Toronto. The front desk clerk, Larry, was incredibly helpful, and assisted us getting our luggage into our room, and even offered to get hot water from the restaurant (which was closed) to heat up baby bottles for our...

We were looking for some where to rest on our way to Quebec City. This small hotel probably does more functions and has a 24 room motel . The rooms were well appointed showers great , beds enormous . We had views of the river. To our surprise the nearby town ( 5min drive) was amazing, quaint 1800s town with...

The Rive Gauche is just off Hwy 20 on the Richelieu River. Recently updated the modern rooms all have balconies overlooking the river and the nearby mountain. Grounds are lovey and they have a marvellous restaurant on site. You can book a package with dinner and breakfast included. Too bad they do not have a pool but you can drive...

Showers no tub a real drawback for my wife and in room air conditioner angled directly over bed made for a poor nights sleep. Dinner a highlight although in mid Midst of wine list change over so selection limited

As the logistics coordinator for my group, I had to ask the staff for some things that may not be in their typical service model. However, they always made it happen with a smile on their face and never said no. Many places will simply tell you "we don't do that" and even though I knew that I was asking...

I selected this hotel because of the proximity to one of our factories. Nathalie Fortier and her team were very responsive. When my team came back they raved about the food, service and the hotel in general. They felt as if they were in a 4-star hotel. The price did not reflect the wonderful food and accommodations. The food was...

Spent three nights here at a business conference. We enjoyed many superb meals, breakfast, lunch, dinner coffee break food, etc. I've been to many conferences and can't think when I've had better food. Definitely a destination restaurant and a great spot to have your event. Room was modern and newly renovated. Had balcony with sliver view of the frozen River....

Having stayed at this hotel in August 2013 the place is great. Newly renovated and very clean. It is situated on the Richelieu River, so if you ask for a view, all the better. The restaurant is pricey, but great food. The staff was very friendly. We do travel a lot, and we would recommend this hotel for your stay.

I feel like I need to start this by saying I'm generally not overly picky about hotels. I look for clean and comfortable, hopefully with decent service. Anything beyond that is a perk, and I'm not normally the one microanalysing the faults. Don't get fooled by the nice first impression the lobby makes. This hotel is physically quite nice and...

We didn't know where we would stop for the evening and were being chased by a rain storm. We lucked into this place and found everything comfortable and welcoming. Had we not had other accomodations waiting for us on the road, we would have happily stayed on here. We had already had dinner so did not have the opportunity to...
