Was here tonight for food with some friends & really enjoyed it. Although not everything was available on the menu as the sold out because the were busy all day. Anything we did have was delicious well presented & loads off. When we got the bill we were all very shocked as it was so Reasonably priced considering there was steak & desserts on our order along with drinks. Staff were so friendly & helpful. Can’t wait to go back to try something else on the menu.

Good food. Friendly staff. Nice room. And very reasonable prices. Top marks to Franek (I think that's how to spell it). I asked him to bring my coffee and desert at the same time (most restaurants cannot manage this) and he made a special effort to bring them together. With a good sense of humour too :-) The meal and night out was a nice touch of normality in these strange times. Tables spaced well - with perspex dividers. There was a nice buzz in the room with most tables occupied (on a Sunday night). Well done to all; management and staff. Final thought - I suggest the use of visors for the staff. It's easier to interact and probably more comfortable for the wearer than a mask.

I have to say that we all received a beautiful dinner in The Grand Hotel Moate in their restaurant for The Steak Night Special. 4 course's for €19.95 each along with a bottle of house wine for €14.00. Not only was the food absolutely delicious but the service was just as good. Huge value and nothing left out with the best of quality and presentation not to mention flavours. 100% and nothing less.

Excellent hotel , warm welcome, staff are amazing felt like home . Plenty of room ,comfortably and plenty of space ( some hotels theres no room to swing a cat , step from the bed into the shower) , Wi-Fi no problem TV kettle etc . Cleanliness is 100% . Lovely breakfast for a small fee optional but very much worth it , unlimited coffee or water/squash if you've enjoyed the time in the rest of the village a bit to much the night before ! , I highly recommend the local pubs for a great welcome and drink , especially the AULD SHEBEEN , a great welcome log fire and all the sports on the TV. Loved my stay . Highly recommended.

A group of about 60 of us recently enjoyed a family meal out to celebrate a 90th birthday. The food and service was excellent. Quite a few people ordered the steak with individual cooking requests and each one came out perfect. And the meal was fantastic value. Would highly recommend.
