I'll start off with the good.....

The restaurant was in a great location, with a panaramic view of Inch beach. From that point of view, and sitting outdoors, it was a lovely setting to eat in. Unlike most places during COVID, it was always easy to get a table, and the food was served relatively efficiently. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and there was a good ratio of waiters to customers. The first time we ate there, we all ordered pizzas, which were delicious. They were very generous, fairly priced, and tasted properly Italian and artisan. The chips were also well cooked and of good quality.

A few things to complain about though....

The selection of drinks was very limited, especially if you're not drinking alcohol. There was only one fizzy drink option, and no sparkling or bottled water. As well as this, the glasses always seemed not quite clean.
Unlike the pizzas we ate at the restaurant, we ordered ones for take away and these were very poor. They tasted staler and were made with cheddar instead of mozzarella. We complained to the manager about this, and he did give us four pizzas on the house a few days later, which were much better quality.
I would not recommend the sandwiches. The bread was cheap, white sliced pan and they were made with easy singles cheese and very fake ham. The sandwiches were also vastly over priced.
The music playing in the background outdoors was a bit overbearing and tacky.

My advice would be to order pizzas, and eat in the restaurant, rather than take away. Don't be afraid to complain, because the manager is very understanding, once you point out if something is wrong.
Despite a few negatives, I would recommend the Seafront Inn. We did actually end up eating there a good few times. It's a decent option for a quick, casual meal.

My husband and I were very grateful for the kindness and hospitality provided over 3 nights of evening meals by Tara, the bar manager and all the staff. The food and views were wonderful and the service was attentive and professional. It is a difficult job they must do to keep everyone happy, from those who have reserved and also at times with big family groups ,along with people who land in expecting a place. They managed it all with grace under pressure. So thank you to Tara, Ruby, Shauna, Dora and Laura for all your patience in a difficult job-well done! Hope to return and highly recommend!

We stayed here two nights to base ourselves in to explore the Dingle peninsula. We stayed in room 1 which has a very dodgy handle, which had a mind of its own when to open or not. It really needs fixing but apart from that room was great, dog friendly which we loved, lots of space and great shower. We ate there one evening, we both had fish and chips which was great( I see lots of negative comments on this food but we didn’t experience that at all). I think having a dog with us helped as we got lots of great attention from the staff. The second night we went to eat there and unfortunately the guy doing the DJ took a party of 4 rather than seating us, totally get it as all places have been closed for so long and they need to make up for lost time, instead of staying would you mind hanging on for a table for 2 and I’ll grab your drink order we were ushered outside and told go grab a drink, it could have been handled better and left us with a bitter taste especially as we were staying there. Shout out to the girl with the pink/blonde hair and Lina, they were holding the service evening and mornings!!!

+ amazing views
+dog friendly

Just back from a 3 night stay in the Seafront. I am confused as to whether it is an hotel or hostel. I really don't think it is a hotel. We were delighted to find a dog friendly establishment with a room that accommodates our family of 5. The seafront accomadation is in serious need of modernisation and a deep clean. Our room was not cheap at 270€/night( prepaid)So not hostel prices, still in shock that I paid this price. Our room was very basic, rusted curtain poles,
very old worn material curtains, dated and old carpet, very old and worn sofa & armchair, everything is old and dated and all feels a bit grim.
I dont know if there is a manager present, I didnt see any guidance or presence throughout our stay. Breakfast was freshly cooked, but you had to ask for toast, no alternative to slice white/brown toast. Only instant coffee available as they dont switch on the machine until 12 for lunch😱..
I could not recommend and will not recommend this accomadation to anyone. Young untrained staff trying their very best to keep the show on the road.
It is such a pity as the location and views of this "hostel ", are unrivalled in Ireland and internationally, and has the potential for something quiet spectacular. I am disappointed that this level and standard of accomadation still exist in Ireland.

Avoid avoid avoid
Dirty room not cleaned after previous guests before we checked in
Poor customer service from front of house staff
Non-compliant with any Failte Ireland covid 19 safety procedures
Room not clean - shower dirty, shampoo visible on shower, water all over the glass and in tray, toilet seat up, hairs in toilet, streaky mirrors, stained dirty paper beermat in room, spoon lying on floor, smell of grease in corridor.
Carpets old, stained from traffic and worn
Carpets in corridor need a deep clean
No front of house staff working on Sunday
Pictures of room online do not accurately reflect the room size on reality
Manager and owner Liale extremely rude and unprofessional with complaints. Quite stand offish and no manners, not willing to listen to guests or engage in conversation. Still waiting on a refund I was promised from him for not staying there despite emailing and calling over ten times now. Also heard another guest complain about their room when I was there. Was left sitting in a corner of the bar for over an hour while housekeeping allegedly tended to the room - room was still not clean.
No covid 19 safety procedures undertaken. Owner claims to temperature check all guests but we were there and had checked into rooms and been in the bar area for 2hrs plus but had not been approached by anyone for this. When this was mentioned to owner he made it out that it was my fault I didn't get my temperature checked.

Just avoid the place. Rooms very overpriced. Not a hotel. Management lacking honesty, experience and customer service skills.

We stopped in for dinner one evening and had a fantastic meal. The restaurant is in a great location with amazing views of Inch beach. There were measures in place for Covid-19, we got our details taken for contact tracing and also got our temperature taken. All the staff were wearing face shields and there was plenty of sanitising stations. The food was delicious and tasted so fresh. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place and we are looking forward to going back already!

Ok, here we go.

First off the dorm room that my family and I had booked was stuffy and too small, with 3 bunk beds, one tiny table, and a view of the rubbish and employees that went out to smoke on their breaks. We also discovered a condom wrapper under the mattress of my 10 year old cousin's bed. Nice! The communal bathrooms were serviceable, but had a cheap vibe to them, thanks in part to the plastic tiles. We did bring our dog but I would hardly call the place "Dog Friendly", as there are no real facilities for pets.

For our four night stay, we noticed that there was never any staff that consistently stayed at the hotel, and when we did see someone at reception, they would be on their phone, like a bored teenager! Overall the service was very poor. Almost all young, inexperienced girls that clearly had no training or direction. One of the waitresses even touched my sister's breakfast, when she asked her to have it reheated.

The breakfast was also pretty mediocre. Pancakes were clearly microwaved and served with the tiniest amount of syrup, coffee was instant and tasted terrible. When we offered to pay for real coffee from the machine, the waitress gave us the lame excuse "None of us know how to work it". Food was extremely overpriced and mediocre as well.

But the real issue is the management. Few interactions we had with the owner gave us a clear idea of why the place was so bad. When my mother asked if we could change rooms, he bragged about the "deluxe apartment rooms", that weren't even available! We had to pay immediately for our rooms, which I've never seen in any other hotel. The management seem to only care about how much money they make, with no real care for the customers. It's a shame too because the location of the hotel is fantastic, and the other room we booked has a wonderful view of Inch Beach. But overall, it was overpriced, understaffed and uncomfortable.

Great accommodation with staff who are very friendly and helpful. Great views of the stunning inch beach and fantastic food. If your looking for a good time with easy access to the beach look no further. You can go with friends and stay in dorms, double and triple rooms with prices that are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend staying here if your looking for a good time I went with my family including my parents and grandparents and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Would recommend staying here.

Myself and my family stayed in the seafront inn for the last 4 days. We found the rooms to be comfortable and staff to be hardworking and friendly. Advantages include being a 1 minute walk from the beach and an incredible view from our room of the sea. If you are eating food in the restaurant, please remember to bring cash for a gratuity as the staff cannot add a tip on the card machine!

Stunning location, but thats the only positive about this place. Inexperienced young staff, of which there was too many, serving expensive, bog standard food with no regard for current covid complience. Beer was shocking and tried a few to see did they improve, unfortunately not. Over all bad experience for such an amazing location.
