Having travelled the world, lived in Kerry ,and stayed in numerous B&Bs and hotels over the years, this definitely deserves the finest award.
It was a real pleasure to have stayed several days here with my husband-the perfect base to explore the Inch coast with its stunning endless beach and mountains for walking. Now we truly experienced rest and relaxation provided by Iris, her son George and all its staff.
Having reviewed many places, it was a rarity to find the perfect mix of genuine hospitality, professional skill and superb breakfast, along with a spacious bright room, with good wifi and safe parking .
From the minute we checked in there was a sense of calm respite, amidst the crazy world of Covid-19. The guesthouse is superbly set up with sanitisers and all safety measures to assuage all anxiety.
So it was much appreciated for two weary travellers to be restored ,with deep sleep, bracing beach walks and access to restaurants just around the corner.
Highly recommended and well done to all!

My family and i stayed here for 3 nights at the end of July in the B&B house.. we had 3 rooms booked.2 double rooms, 1 which had amazing views of the sea ams a triple room.. in the triple room was my wife and i and our 2 kids aged 3 and 6.. they had no family rooms left but this triple room was big enough to fit us in comfortably.it was clean, comfertable and cosy. Had a bath too which was handy for the kids after been down at the beech. Kettle,tv in room also.No fridge, but Iris the owner was more than helpfull when i asked for a jug of cold milk, oh and a fork.. The views from outside the B&B house are just amazing, there is a table and chairs out the front where we sat each evening and had a glass of wine and just took in the amazing sea views. My mother and father in law especially loved this.so relaxing..there is a lounge area with a few sofas where you can relax inside again with amazing views of the sea if it gets a bit cold outside or you need a.break after walking up the hill from the beech. We had breakfast the 3 mornings, it was from 8 to 10 and we booked it for 8 each morning so we had it all to ourselves, the breakfast room looks right out over the sea also.It was very safe with tables apart for social diatancing and hand sanitiser as you enter, it was all table service, i forget the name of the guy who serves us each morning but he was really nice and friendly as was everyone we came across in the B&B. A good choice for breakfast, all types of cereal, panackes, full irish, juices coffee tea etc..and all wer made fresh and delicious. The location for me of the B&B was brillant jus a short walk down the hill to Inch beech, which is handy for a walk in the morning to kick start your day and for the kids in the evening time, there is a restaurant Sammys on beech but we didnt get to try closed at 6 most evenings. The was another restaurant just down from us too ate in there 2 nights and they had some live music. Dingle is a 20 min drive away and the drive and views to it are amazing we had to stop a few timws just to take it all in..kilarney is 30 min drive also the other way. All in all an amazing stay at Inch Beech House B&B, couldnt fault anything. From the host Iris and her family, to the rooms, the breakfast and those amazing views. We will certainly return in the future and will look forward to it.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Inch Beach House. We stayed in the B&B but they also offer self catered cottages which are located behind the B&B. Inch Beach is our favourite beach in Ireland and the view from the B&B was breathtaking!! The beach is literally on the doorstep of the B&B. Our room was perfect for us - we stayed in the standard en-suite - absolutely spotless and very comfortable! Shower was spot on also. The B&B just had this natural relaxing feel to it. Breakfast was yum and all the staff we met were so polite and helpful. We loved loved loved it!!!! We only booked in for two nights but wish we had stayed longer. Genuinely felt sad leaving. We will 100,000% be back again!!! X

We called to book the b&b when we were about an hour away and were excited to stay here on the 1st night of our road trip. When we arrived, the owner told us that we were going into the new wing of the b&b which we thought was good news but unfortunately it wasnt.
There was no heat on when we arrived and despite 3 different attempts by the owner and his son the underfloor heating never came on. We had to ask for tea & coffee to be dropped down and when we were told that the wardrobes had not yet been fitted and we just had a clothes rail, we had to ask for hangers as none were provided.
The owner did tell us that the blinds were automatic and the glass reflective but I would have preferred a warmer room and a shower that worked. The shower temperature wouldn't regulate and was either freezing cold or scalding hot - when we finally complained at 9pm we were told that we could pack up and move to the sons b&b next door, this wasnt an option for us as we had had a long drive that day and didnt want to go out into the cold at that time so we were told to use the shower in the room next door which was vacant.
Very disappointed to not have been moved into the vacant room next door and after a bad nights sleep in a cold room we just wanted to leave. We didnt stay for breakfast and still had to pay half the room rate for the privilege. Luckily, we headed straight onto Dingle and had a much better experience.

We apologize for your disappointing stay. You were the first guests to stay downstairs in the new wing. We did have guests upstairs and had no problems hence we thought everything was in order. Thank you for your comments.

Stayed in one of the cottages last week with my partner, one of our sons and our dog. The whole experience was unforgettable. The house was very well appointed and furnished, much larger than I thought it would be, very well equipped and nicely decorated and the outdoor space with a picnic bench was wonderfu, also the wifi was very good and the tv had loads of channelsl The views we had from inside and outside the house were stunning. All the holiday homes are situated on an elevated position and all have a panoramic view of Inch beach and the Iveragh peninsula and beyond. Suffice to say the location is stunning. We only stayed for three days but I cannot wait to return..the experience reminded me what makes Ireland so special ..in all my years of travelling abroad I can honestly say I have never experienced such wonderful scenery and nicer people than I have on this trip, we were blessed with weather for the first few days which helps, but even on the last day as the weather turned the scenery was still magnificent.

We stayed one night this last December and greatly enjoyed our stay. The property was excellent. We enjoyed the living room area and the breakfast area, both of which excellent views of the ocean. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our entire trip to Ireland. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet (it was New Year's Eve). We would highly recommend.

Stayed in the adjacent house which is owned by the son. I've stayed in a lot of B&B's but have to say that this is my favourite so far. Super quiet and relaxing and there's a real feeling of a home away from home.
Hotel quality bedroom, very spacious, beautiful bathroom and walk in wardrobe. Located within an easy 2 mins walk to Inch beach and has beautiful views of the ocean.
Spoke to the son (home owner) who was very helpful, polite and friendly.

Would be the first place I would call if I was going back to Inch again.

Absolutely gorgeous stay in Inch Beach B&B! Iris was so welcoming, we had a gorgeous view and our room was like a five star hotel. Everything in the room was modern, clean and cozy. There was a smart TV if you haven’t got the weather on your side, a stunning view of the beach and a walking trail right beside the place. Glass bottled water was a lovely extra touch. The breakfast was very nice with gorgeous views of the beach and the quality of food was excellent. Would highly recommend for your Staycation! Thank you Iris 🐬

We stayed for the August Bank Holiday weekend in the Junior Suite which was absolutely beautiful! The bed was huge, incredible comfy and the room had everything we needed such as a coffee maker, fridge and a separate lounge area. The view from our room (despite us picking the wettest/cloudiest weekend to visit) was incredible with a lovely private space outside to sit and enjoy the scenery. The staff were super friendly and Iris in particular went above and beyond to help when we realised we left some luggage behind. The hotel is about a 20 minute taxi from Dingle town with Inch beach on the doorstep. We cannot wait to come back and stay again, would highly recommend the suite room if available, it will make your trip! Excellent stay! 😀

This place is truly wonderful. I visited with my wife and my sister and her husband. We absolutely loved the family atmosphere of this place. The owner, Mamoud, could not be nicer. He even gave us a lift to Foleys pub and picked us up afterwards. We asked for ice and wine glasses the first night, duly obliged and we sat in the guest living room with our drinks in great comfort. The breakfast was amazing with great choices. The place is spotlessly clean and our rooms were fabulous. I loved this place, the location and views are stunning. I can’t wait to go back, absolutely top class.
