We stayed at Cape Kidnappers more than two years ago and I never got round to writing a review. Whenever we talk about places we enjoyed, this always comes up. Starting with the arrival at the place. We came from Napier, not very far, suddenly found ourselves in front of this random gate and were sure we got lost. But...

We stayed at the Cape Kidnappers at the recommendation of our travel agent. It was great. The course if magnificent, the holes are well laid out with incredible views. Maintenance was impeccable. We stayed at the lodge, and the rooms were very large and top quality. Food and staff was all first class. Can't wait to come back.

Quick Overview: Amazing golf course, beautiful landscape, extremely comfortable lodging, and a fantastic staff. Worth Noting: When you arrive on property you drive through an area where they have done extensive logging. My wife and I kind of looked at each other like "wait, what's going on here", but not to worry, you drive through this area quickly and from...

We stayed in all three of the related lodges in New Zealand and this one did not disappoint. The food, wines and service were all very good. The CanAm tour was amazing - it's a great way to see the property. Watching the sheep being rounded up and sheared was also fun. The golf course was stunning - a real...

This was our second time at the property and loved it yet again! Great atmosphere, rooms and activities. Be sure to do the Can Am tour to see the full farm, this was the highlight of our trip. Also, the golf course is the most beautiful I've seen. A must stay!

We were 4 couples staying in the owners cottage which had 4 beautiful suites all connecting to a fabulous great room with kitchen. All the rooms have breathtaking views. The service was excellent, staff extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the golf course and its beautiful views. Would love to return but it was a very long trip from NY.

Everything about The Farm is excellent. We stayed over Christmas and hugly enjoyed the food, the choice of wines (with advice from Tom) and the really dramatic surroundings. Highlights included a visit to the Gannet Colony, bush walks and a really comfortable room. The staff were engaged and very helpful.

This was our second time to visit this fantastic lodge. The food was excellent and the wines were as well. The room was wonderful, with beautiful views. We especially enjoyed the Canam tour....don't miss that.....seeing the birds, the ocean and the farm up close was a real highlight. The golfing is tough, but some of the vest views in the...
