The resort is just amazing and beautiful. The view in the early morning would take your breath away. Very green and clean property. The dinner buffet and its arrangements are very nice. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Very good . Highly recommended.

Location - Good. Away from Munnar but the connecting road is in good shape and the drive is very scenic Service - Great. Not recommended for diabetics as the staff is very sweet Rooms - Can be a mixed bag. Some standard rooms are definitely way better than the others in terms of view. If you get a good room,...

The hotel is about 25 km from Munnar, but the drive is really beautiful. The property is really well maintained. The location is scenic and we really fell in love with the property as we used to wake up to the beautiful noise of birds chirping in the early morning. The staff is courteous and well behaved. My wife and I are currently touring South India, and spent two nights at The Sienna Village. The reception we recieved was abrupt and certainly not what we'd become accustomed to on this, our first visit to India. Our driver was told to move his car and we were sent to our room where the usual paperwork, that's done at...

Best view from a hotel room. Good food. Neat & clean rooms. It's a little too distant from other hotels as it is located really high. But, the view makes the extra 30 minutes drive worthwhile. Do stay here on your visit to Munnar.

Stayed in delux room. The bed room size is very small compared to other hotels of the same category. The view of Lake and mountains is great from room. I opted for ala carte instead of buffet for dinner. The service and food was extremely bad. Can't expect such service even from 2 star hotel. Raised concern with Manager who...
