Great place to visit for couples but without children. The children will be bored after first day if you stay only in the hotel. If not they should be well trained and grow enough to climb mountain picks or cave. Horse ride is an option too.

A great taste of Bulgarian hospitality, at one with nature. Beautiful landscapes, great spot to relax and enjoy nature. Lots of activities to do - horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, visits to the nearby caves and just plain lazying on the lawn enjoying the fresh air. Vesko is a great host and so are the ladies in the kitchen. It...

I could say the best place to stay and relax in Bulgaria. The nature arround is outstanding, the staff is like a 5 star hotel (even better) and the food is amazing (home made with traditional Bulgarian products). There are different activities and horse riding is one if it. The guide is extremely nice and it's a must to try...

Arkan Han is great, clean, very well designed and decorated, the nice big lawn is perfect for kids to run around and make up their own games. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very friendly and always there to assist. The staff manning the horses could be better, but it was OK. The hotel is outside of the village...

Wonderful family run hotel built in wood in an old traditional manner near where all roads end. Lovely friendly people. No TV! Great breakfast included in the rate, here are some recommendations to make its feeling of tradition stronger: - offer local fruits instead of imported ones - offer local yogurt (кисело мляко) - allow some choice Overall the hotel...

The hotel is build in ancient Bulgarian style, which I totally like. It looks unique with great atmosphere. My favorite part of the hotel is the restaurant. Perhaps cause nowadays I'm more like food traveller. But you should really try the pork shank with potatoes and some home made lemonade. Diner outside on the barbecue place is gorgeous. Especially when...
