Stayed with friend for a night. Nice place. Clean rooms. helping stuff. Very near to both railway station and bus stand. Flexible timings to enter the rooms. Lot of nice places to eat around the hotel.
Amruth Residency is walkable distance from Hospet Railway Station on station Road. We stayed for a day with family to attend family function. I can say its a lodge rather than a Hotel. It has a Bar & Restaurant at the cellar. Reception: Average. Room: Good Hotel Lobby: okay Lift facility: available, first floor no service Mattresses & pillows: Ordinary Toilet/ Bathroom: Electric wire routing is not proper, wires were hanging. Toilet is Okay. Faucet - Identified as Hot & Cold water, which you cannot see in other hotels. Water drain is nearer to door of toilet, it should have been placed nearer to commode Place for Toileteries: limited space. Linens & Toiletries: they do not provide. Water Jar: no water jar in rooms, only glasses are avaiable. TV: Few rooms have LCD, others have cathode ray tube. The above said facilities is of AC Deluxe Room, which I stayed for a day. If you plan for a day's stay, or if you happen to visit Hospet without family, then Amruth is okay. AC Deluxe Room with AC : Rs. 900 Ordinary: Rs. 700 I rank Amruth Residency 2- 2.5 …
We paid RS 1568 per night for a four bed room in this dirty hotel. Full of mosuitoes, room and bathroom were not cleaned after previous check out, intercom phone wasn't working, I had to go down to reception for every request, pillow covers were dirty, towels were dirty and torn, blankets had holes, hot water available only for limited time in the morning, staff very slow to respond to any request, avoid this hotel
Stayed here for a day with my friends. Got a room(non ac) that can accommodate three people and got an extra bed. It came around Rs 1000. The room was not dirty nor too clean. I would say that you can stay here with your friends or alone and when you prefer to stay somewhere cheap. It has a hotel and bar downstairs but we didn't try it.
