I took a solo trip to hampi and stayed at Krishna Palace Hoaspete. One of the excellent places in Hoaspete to stay in and enjoy the vacation. I had the most comfortable stay and the hospitality is excellent. The rooms are sanitised and all precautions and safety measures are taken perfectly. Very affordable for people travelling solo. The whole staff made sure my trip was smooth. Do stay here on your trip to Hampi.

We were 6 families visited this hotel in Xmas vacation and trust me we all likehis hotel very much. It's decent hotel with all amenities which can be possible during Covid time. I would lie to appreciate and say thanks to especially Mr Kiran Kumar who is Manager who is willing to support guest in all the way . I can tel.yiu whole hotel is managed by this guy and his attitude to serve guest is too Good. There were issues for short of staff as I can see oy one staff in restaurent but still I can tell they managed very well. Rooms are big , nice , clean .. bed's linen are washed and nice . Food quality also good as we had all 3 days food one time.. and I will recommend. End of the day over all Good experience and again thanks to Mr Kiran Kumar and his efforts. Regards, Anil Kumar Verma

The hotel lives of the glory of it's name, and maybe former higher standard. The price was ok for the room. The room was spacious with king sized beds, a working desk. Bathroom clean although not sparkling clean. Poolwater quaility didn't look good. From my room looking down the pool lokked dirty. The complimentary breakfast has no much option, but when I explained my need of glutenfree food and other allergies they made an afford. Dinner was okay, but I felt they didn't think I should order wine as a woman (woman traveling alone). They didn't accept international cards which gave some trouble since not each ATM accepted my card. Biggest problem for my buisness is that they didn't provide me the bill for the driver and one night. They clamed to have computer trouble and promised to send those on e-mail. That was in December 2019, still haven't got it. They don't repons to my e-mails and my contacts in India neither could get copies from the bills. I REALLY CAN'T RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL IF YOU TRAVEL FOR YOUR JOB!!!!!

I stayed here for two nights, as the base for exploring nearby Hampi. The room was all right, although I had doubts about whether the bed linens were clean, as the bed looked rumpled. However, if this review was only based on the bar and Fiesta Restaurant it would be one-star for certain. The bar was in darkness on a sunny afternoon and a HIndi movie was blasting on the TV screen. The Fiesta Restaurant has a sign reading "All Day Dining." However, the same sign indicates that it is not open all day: Breakfast, 7-10am, Lunch, 12:30-3pm, DInner, 7-11. When I went for breakfast shortly after 7am, and later for dinner shortly after 7pm, I was told to come back at 7:30, in both cases. When I queried this at the front desk, the staff seemed to think that my expectations that the restaurant would be open when it said it was open were unreasonable and were initially indifferent, then argumentative. I finally gave up and took a tuk-tuk to a restaurant at another hotel where I had a nice dinner. I can't speak to the quality of the dinner time menu and food at Fiesta, but when I went for breakfast, it was not very good at all. Very limited selection and mediocre quality. Bottom line: I would NOT stay here again. It was one of the poorest hotel experiences I have had.

I stayed here as the Royal Orchid was full and this hotel also has a pool, however do note the pool closes at 5pm. The receptionist quoted me 3500rs + taxes and I asked him to match the online price: 3200rs inc taxes, which he agreed to do. However when I came to check out, 45mins before my train was due to leave Hospete In Railway Station, the price the night receptionist had was 3300rs. It's not a big deal, but annoying and sneaky. However, this one star review is because they do not take international cards of which I was not informed of this when I checked in, clearly foreign with a UK passport, and I did not have cash. It's fine not to take cards, but be clear about this at check in. This plus the sneaky extra 100rs really belies the low quality of this hotel. Please keep in mind I had given myself an ample 15mins to check out and get to my train. I had to download and sign up for TransferWise, make the payment direct to their bank account, the poor night receptionist had to trust me that it had gone through, he only allowed me to do this and bolt out for my train as I was so insistent. He just photographed my payment screen (though note without access to the hotel's online banking, which he did not have, there is no way he could guarantee I had made the payment). I asked him to call a tuktuk or taxi while I was making the payment which took 20mins and he refused to do this and then when I came to leave he came out in the street with me to hail one. I could have done this myself! Plus it was 01:30am and there wasn't any tuktuks, I had to run to the station by foot. As for the room, at the doorway it smelled very strongly of cleaning products which, after I entered I realised was due to the fact that the room smelt strongly of sewage: an attempt to disguise a stench. The very loud reception bell can be heard in rooms on the 2nd floor as if it was ringing in the room, no sleep possible. Half of the lights in the room did not work. It took one hour of calling reception and them saying "one minute madam" and hanging up to finally get through to room service (who were not answering their extension). The food was greasy and luke warm. The bedding would not be out of place in a prison. The one star is for the gallant efforts of the night receptionist to account for the very poor hygiene, price, and service of this hotel. No one else gets any stars, bad hotel.
