I visited in first week on june with my family, I would like to give a very negative feedback for this hotel, it is 0/5 I must say, 1. Hotel Service is way too pathetic 2. Hotel Staff looks very illmannered and shabby, not groomed at all 3. Food quality is not so good. 4. Hotel Premises and ambience is very bad and in miserable condition 5. Hotel Lobbies are very very very dirty with worn out out furniture 6. Hotel Room flooring is worn out, balconies are in bad condition and also furniture is very old and in miserable condition Hotel charged me 8000+ for a Valley View room which is not worth paying 1000, dont get fooled by location and all and online pics, Please avoid booking this hotel

Poorly managed. There is no water in taps sine morning. Management +919218688818 and +919218688814 are least concerned. Customers are leaving to other places to freshen up. AVOID STAYING HERE. IT WAS A BIG MISTAKE. They dont know when water supply will be restored, is this how you serve your customers ? 0 Star out of 10. DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THUS PROPERTY. WORTHLESS

Service-pathetic room service.No one is in uniform.Untrained ppl have been hired. I had visited the resort during our Zonal Meet and it is a lovely resort with amazing views and huge rooms. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Staff was courteous and food was tasty. An overall great 2 nights spent at the resort. Will love to visit with my family too

Beware the hotel staff is just awesome in saying no to everything be it basic amenities like toiletries or breakfast (included in package) but served not before 8.30am. Early risers can bring something packed or stay hungry as hotel staff don’t pay a heed to your needs. Hotel property is nice if you are bringing everything with you: food, blankets, bed sheets, gas stove and cooking material, water bottles and geysers. If you can’t bring this much, don’t stay here!!! Advance payment is taken for stay so that even if want to leave, they are ready say you a goodbye without refund. They claim to have everything for guests comfort but if you ask them basic things like a TV remote or electric Iron, standard response is they don’t have it. Extraordinary services by front office to say store closed, kitchen closed, TV connection closed, even room phones are non operational…. Top of all: even swiping machines don’t work!!! Choose wisely!…
