Booked the Londonderry suite for an evening meal to celebrate parents diamond wedding. From event organiser, Charlotte to the staff looking after us on the night, nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful, very friendly and approachable. Everything was very professional in the Service provided. Had an great night and great memory for our parents in celebrating their 60th wedding...

Excellent surroundings, first class service where nothing is too much trouble. All food was of an extremely high standard - savoury and sweets really tickle the taste buds. A fabulous selection of teas and coffees to satisfy all tastes in grand surroundings. Not the cheapest afternoon tea within a twenty mile radius but certainly the best !!!

We attended a school meeting in the conference room - The staff were helpful and accommodating, providing refreshments and entertainment for the children (paper and stickers). Hall and rooms are beautiful, and grounds maintained beautifully

Wynyard Hall have a fabulous terrace that over looks the lake and park land. My mother and I went for afternoon tea on a lovely sunny day which was made perfect by the stunning view. Afternoon tea was great with a selection of 10 or more teas, sandwiches, bagel, scones and cakes, especially the mango mouse in the egg shell!!...

We went as a group of girls for pre booked afternoon tea. The setting is beautiful, what an amazing building with amazing decor and views. We had a private room which was spectacular. We had to delay the afternoon tea for an hour which was no problem to the staff, they were very understanding. When the afternoon tea arrived on...

On arrival there are plenty of parking spaces out the front, very grand front and drive up is lovely with plenty of beautiful surroundings. The staff were friendly and polite and email communication was...

First time I have visited for afternoon tea, although attended weddings. The setting of the whole building is fabulous; as was the library where we ate. The food was fresh, appetising and delicious..best scones I've ever had! Loved the little 'chuck egg' idea as a desert. Brilliant choice of teas, I had rose and my friend had rhubarb and vanilla..it's...

What an excellent garden. Roses not quite out, so I will be returning to see them in full bloom. Relax and have tea and cake in the garden restaurant. A beautiful and relaxing place to visit. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location for the event. Felt the staff didn't quite have a handle on the organisation of the event. Food ok but not exceptional Bar prices scary between £4.00 and £6.50 for a bottle of foreign beer. Table service ok but not in keeping with what we expected
