Having just attended a wedding over the weekend I'm disappointed to report that service levels at Wynyard Hall are just not up to the standard of the property. They fall well short. Wynyard Hall is a beautiful old country manor standing in splendid grounds. Views in all directions are lovely. The rooms and property itself are fabulous. Unfortunately, the service...

This really is a stunning property in a beautiful setting. What I particularly like about this hotel is that it is kept very original, with few modern touches and that makes it special. The grounds are stunning and very natural. We stayed in one of the suites and the room was lovely, large, quality bed, good toilerteris, nice towels and...

Beautiful surroundings, food was lovely, plenty of choice. My husband (whose birthday it was and his choice to go to Wynyard Hall) and my son both got Gentleman's afternoon tea which should have had, but didn't, whiskey. I let the staff know when it came to pay, they were very apologetic, and did say they needed to tell the manager...

We had an overnight stay in a cottage with hot tub and visited the spa . The whole experience was excellent . We were a group of 6 and the staff in the spa were exceptionally helpful when sorting out our treatments. The afternoon experience in the spa was an excellent start to out stay. We arrived at the cottage...

Was expecting an amazing champagne afternoon tea for£30 but dissapointed. Sandwiches poor, not fresh bread and no bagels as advertised. Cakes looked lovely but tasteless. Scones however delicious. £140 for 4 with 2 glasses of wine 😫. Was looking forward to something amazing

Sandwiches and cakes were nice. I've had afternoon tea in a few different places and this was on average with the rest. I must say that Wynyard Hall is beautiful and such a delight to dine in however I feel staff were a let down. I asked for no butter on my sandwiches and then when they brought the sandwiches...

The only thing I can say about Wynyard Hall is absolutely breathtaking place to visit. The hotel is just out of this world and one of the best I have ever stayed at (I have stayed at many top hotels around the world and this takes dome besting). From entering the magnificent reception to walking through to our room it...

Attended this workshop today, really recommend. The gardeners who took the workshop were very knowledgeable and witty. The workshop included a demonstration of how & what to plant and then many, many plants to use to make your own planter. The gardeners then gave us a guided tour of the gardens. After all that lunch was provided in the garden...
