The only thing I can say about Wynyard Hall is absolutely breathtaking place to visit. The hotel is just out of this world and one of the best I have ever stayed at (I have stayed at many top hotels around the world and this takes dome besting). From entering the magnificent reception to walking through to our room it...

Attended this workshop today, really recommend. The gardeners who took the workshop were very knowledgeable and witty. The workshop included a demonstration of how & what to plant and then many, many plants to use to make your own planter. The gardeners then gave us a guided tour of the gardens. After all that lunch was provided in the garden...

Decided to take my wife for lunch to the cafe located within the walled gardens at Wynyard. The drive through the grounds is lovely & the cafe is very pleasant overlooking the walled gardens. Decided to just have a sandwich & a a wrap which we'd split with 2 coffees. I chose the spicy chicken baguette whilst my wife chose...

Came for a friends wedding. Bars were well stocked including local bottled ale. Whole day felt well organised with no issues. Staff were helpful when needed. Food during the speeches was excellent. Great day overall.

Wynyard Hall is one of the most lovely places to visit at different times of the year. The hall itself is an imposing building and inside it is tasteful with a friendly atmosphere. Food in the hall is stylish and well presented. Afternoon teas are wonderful. Apart from the hall there are the gardens and Café which are well worth...

We stayed for over two and a half hours and were provided with extra drinks to keep us going with no quibbles. We were seated in the library...

The Hall is beautiful and the evening meal was lovely. We only stopped 2 nights and on the 2nd night was just going down for our meal but could not get out of the room, the door was faulty. We were let out by staff and had our meal. We we're then told at 8.10pm we couldn't stay in our...

We stayed a night on a voucher deal which included dinner. This is a beautifully restored stately home that cannot fail to impress. Although the surroundings are aristocratic, the welcome we received was down to earth, friendly and helpful. Our room, the "Frances Anne Suite" overlooked the lake at the front of the house and the view was simply stunning....

We visited to celebrate my friends birthday. Tea is served in the Library which is a beautiful room as is the rest of the hall. The list of tea's was extensive, the food was plentiful and very good quality. The glass of Prosseco was the finishing touch. I thought it was well worth it and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her...

I thought that we had taken a wrong turn as we drove along a long country road. It was in fact the drive through the grounds! This is a very well maintained country house hotel. the rooms are clean, tidy and well appointed with attentive staff. Although no gym, I took a 5km run round the lake and through the...
