Our room was incredible...plush, relaxing, wonderful. The food was great. ONLY ... we were in room 1 and the dinning staff moved chairs above us and woke us too early. It appears to be wooden floors above us... something needs to be done about that issue. Otherwise, everything was wonderful...

Hi Elaine Thanks for the kind words. The lodge suites can be a bit noisy and we are looking at a solution for these. Next time you visit I would highly reccomend one of our Ocean Suites as these are truly fantastic. We look forward to welcoming you back. Regards Chris & the Oceana Team More

I have never been spoilt in the lap of luxury as during this wonderful weekend. Nothing was too much trouble. The food, Service, Spa, Game Drive and Accommodation made this a must visit destination. We had in room dining which was ideal for our group of girls as we could be as loud as we wanted to be without disturbing... More

Oceana is an unforgettable experience. It's special, intimate, and restful. One can see wildlife and ocean from every vantage point. Sunset game drives with a Sundowner were my favorite. My breath was taken away every day and the beauty of the place actually became richer day after day. The room was incredible, the staff impeccable. We brought our family and... More

We booked this trip on a whim and had no expectations going in. We were trying to decide between a relaxing beach vacation or a safari. We stumbled on this place and realized we could have both. While it was cold and not the best time of the year to be on the beach, we weren't the least bit disappointed.... More

From check in to check the experience was excellent! The 180 degree view Ocean Suite was immaculately decorated with 2 bathrooms, 1 with a jet-bath (and sea-view) and the other with a double rain-shower (and sea-view). All 3 meals taken in the restaurant were flawless. If you are looking for a secluded romantic getaway in the wild and at the... More

Even if you've been to the best of remote upscale or eco-friendly destinations destinations in the past, you will have an experience here unlike any others. Each morning I walked out on my balcony to watch the clean surf roll in and observed resident giraffes, rhinos, bontebok, nyala, sable, impala, bushbok, ostrich and even rhinos slowly grazing the hill. During... More

What an amazing place. We loved our stay at Oceana and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a Bush and Ocean break. The Game Drives were fantastic - we saw some antelope species we had not seen in many years, and the Baby Sable were an absolute highlight. We also spent an afternoon at the beach which was wonderful -... More

A slice of paradise in the ocean suite. We had my Birthday dinner in our room. Lovely meals and lovely people. We felt pampered and appreciated the attention to detail and the luxury of our suite. We would love to take the whole family with our next visit.
