Nothing negative about this place. Location is fabulous with great views and lots of native flora and fauna. Particularly enjoyed dangling a line off the private jetty and getting a good blaze going in the open fire adjacent to the barbecues.

We did hope to take a boat trip from here but boats don't go on a Wednesday. Lovely lodge with views across the lake. Well established with plants. A variety of birds. Roos come in to eat at night. You need to take food with you.

A friend and I, together with my cousin and his wife, stayed here overnight en route from Melbourne to Sydney via the coastal route last Friday night. We so wished we could have stayed longer, this place is so beautiful. We had a bungalow overlooking the spa pool, gardens and lake. Our first encounters with wallabies and colourful bird life,...

Beautifully appointed and spacious unit, with everything you could possibly need for self catering. The water view cabins have a stunning views over the lake. This is a five star establishment. However, the management needs a profound change in attitude. On arrival the door was finally unlocked to let us into the office. The manager turned his back to us...

We stayed in one of the Lakeview spa (we don't use spas these days but it was immaculately clean) suites for three nights and wished we'd stayed for at least seven. This resort is lovely; so clean, self-contained (with excellent frozen take-away meals available - wine too - from the on-site shop) and set in paradise. I'm serious, this is...

We booked this hotel as a rest stop while driving up the coast. We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The scenery is serene and beautiful, the variety of birds, wallabies, and other wildlife were abundant and the cottage was extremely comfortable. We wished we had more time to spend in this remote and idyllic spot. I would highly...

The lodge might be a bit remote but well worth the trip. The location is beautiful overlooking the lake with a very well maintained native garden. There is also an abundance of native birds and wildlife. Rooms are very comfortable. The kitchen had the best supplied self catering equipment I've come a cross in a while. Gipsy Point is a...

We stayed three nights in a waterfront apartment and it was fantastic. The apartment was excellent. The view was wonderful. There are lots of birds and the kangaroos come to feed at dusk and early morning. We ordered a seafood BBQ pack from Peter for one dinner and it was delicious. We had a great time and we will definitely...
