They give you 24/7 food and service. it depends on the room you chose(eg. standard room, family room, junior suite, senior suite, grand suite, or the king suite). The quality of the rooms go in ascending order(e.g the junior suite and the senior suite have jacuzzis but the grand and king have jacuzzis and saunas. the rest don't have any....

We stayed here 2 years ago. It's a nice hotel and worth staying if you just want to relax and not fussed about doing much else. Food is great and there is such a wide variety that it will cater for most. Pool is also great for kids, although this was next to the men's pools - would have been...

We were looking for a fun relaxing holiday with segregated pools for religious reasons. This resort delivered, 2 private female pools on the roof with 2 slides, really really fun! As well as an indoor pool in the spa and small thermal salt bath! Food was great, authentic Turkish with massive selection! Evening entertainment was fun for the family, customer...

I spent 7 days with family (5 adults and 1 child) in this hotel. The price was affordable as we booked and we hoped it would keep the promises given online. We arrived on July 17th at 2:30 p.m and were well welcomed with perfume by stuff (a very nice and refreshing oneindeed) which was a very good first impression....

Came here with extended family; 6 adults, 3 children, 2 infants and from the moment we arrived the staff have taken great care of us and the resort truly felt 5 stars. We arrived late, 11ish at night after a delayed flight and the staff offered to send up some sandwiches to our rooms. The pools were great, and the...

Without any doubt, this resort is absolutely good for vacation. Unless some shortages it will be quite perfect. 1. There is a wide variation of foods, however most of them are not so good. 2. The beach is not well prepared for swimming. 3. Aqua games work 4 hours per day only. 4. Jacuzzi is not always working. Other than...

Absolutely loved it!! Such amazing staff who are incredibly helpful. Food was amazing, such variety in the kitchen. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was top notch. King Suite room very large and airy with great views. My family definitely enjoyed it. Couple of downsides however. Wifi was non existent in most areas of hotel including room. No one can speak English....

I came to this hotel because it is one of the best in Turkey, however, when we arrive, my family were told they had over booked and there were no rooms available for two of our families. As a result, I had to sleep in reception and prayer room until the follow day after 11am. If this was not bad...
