It was 3rd time in this seasons for our vacation there. We love this hotel. The location, food, beach are amazing. Animation and animators also especially Yıldırım and Tomiris the are THE BEST, highly recommended for family and single people. You won’t regret ❤️🇹🇷 We can’t wait our vacation in 2022
Dear Sir, Mem This is Zaid Ali, I want to file a complain on Kirman Leodikya Resort I tried to put a review through Booking.com but you cant give the capacity needed to address my comments, My reservation 3443311530 at Kirman Leodikya Resort, check-in on 2021-07-24 and check-out on 2021-07-28. Before Arrival: I emailed them through Booking.com 3 times at the day of booking, 3 days before starting my vacation, asking them to change my reservation, each time they replied telling me not to be worried and once I arrive, they will solve my problem, We are 2 Adults & 2 Children family, Booking.com reserved us 2 connected rooms that can fit 6 people for $550 per night and I was asking either to reserve one standard room that can fit 3 people with requesting extra portable bed or even a mattress for the 4Th one (I saw that it is an available option they did for some of people that we made friendship with them during our stay) Or to reserve us a room that can fit 4 people (which was available when I was booking) For each option I told them that I am willing to pay the difference for that extra bed, but instead they dragged the subject with me till I arrived and put me in a situation that I have to pay for a room that can fit 6 people (I paid for an empty bed that can fit 2 more people)!!! Upon Arrival: We arrived from the airport, we were so tired, they made me spend 3 hours with their reception employees trying to sort the matter of my room reservation, One time they offered me 2 separated rooms at the very upper floors and the A/c was not working, I went down and told them that I can’t accept putting my children in a separate room alone plus the A/C problem, Then they offered me a big room at the 1St basement, the ventilation of the bathroom wasn’t working so we had a continuous foul air at the bathroom also the steam builds up once we used the shower, This room have no safe box and the very little Tv set was not working properly not as they show in their advertised pictures Both these rooms have a capacity of 6 people while we were just 4 people, so simply they forced us to pay for two more empty beds!!! The receptionists were rude, impatient, talking with “take it or leave it manner” manner and have a bad English language (a resort with 5 stars and 9.7 exceptional rating that charge $550 per person per night!!!) One of them told me that they can just cancel the reservation and I have to book at the same day while the other told me that he can book me my desired room that can fit 4 people as it was available but I have to cancel the reservation myself, so when brought them together and showed them their contradiction in talking and asked to change the reservation from that big room to a room that can fit 4 people also I showed them their reply to my earlier emails) they changed their minds and insisted on having me accept to pay the rate of 2 rooms and that’s made me paying nearly double the required amount for anybody else in my situation My notes during my stay with my family in that resort: 1- Cleaning is not happening upon our request when we put the service card out on the main doorknob requesting cleaning at the morning or sometimes it happen nearby the end of afternoon, No toothbrushes, No Slippers at bathroom, no filling for the minibar fridge 2- The hotel gave me a scam offer for complementary 10 min Spa, that when we tried to use it to find out if there service is good enough to request adding more time and pay the required charge, the lady told us that we have to pay $100 for 20 min first and these cards is just fir advertisement although we reported back that the reception and they told us that this is not the case and we should be able to take that complementary free offer to try it 1st, any way it wasn’t solved, this rude lady and their rude staff blocked us from using the steam bath and the Turkish bath although it was reported as it was a part of their “Ultra All Inclusive Services” that we already paid for The same thing happened with another complementary offer to take one free picture to our family on the beach and we discovered that it is also one of their scams offers that was too good to be true! 3- The two local ladies making "Gozleme" at the resort outside location by the beach, have no welcoming manner nor even a smiley face, the Turkish ground sit place was filled with ants and the waitress was so rude to reply our request to bring something like chai or even water 4- The resort staff approached me once they knew that I have an American passport and start talking politics or picking my stuff like my eyeglasses and telling me that it’s their birthday today to take my sunglasses, one of them even called me “US Mafia!” I felt unsafe from their humiliating interaction and bullying 5- They don’t have any policy to guarantee that you can share the resort amenities equally, for an example, most of the people who reserved at this resort start their day very early by putting their towels, hats belongings at the swimming pool seats at more than one location at the same time, so when I and my family went out ,after taking the breakfast, we can’t find any spot at any swimming pool or burly we can with no “unreserved sun umbrella” while most of them are “reserved” with towels or belongings without the attendance of their people of the day, this is do selfish! 6- Many of the pictures that been advertised on booking.com or their website are not real, for example: The natural honeycomb inside the wooden board for the breakfast is not exist, the lamb shanks or beef fibs are not existing, no bananas no walnuts, pistachios or hazelnuts, no Coco nuts as-well 7- lots of trip hazard locations all over the place 8- Very substandard TV sets at rooms with channel services Before and at the last day: I scheduled a Covid-19 test for my family with their doctor office on site, Their Doctor was so exceptionally rude and impolite, if that reflect something it will reflect his family raising standards and the same to the one who employed him at this resort We attend the test next day there was other staff more friendly, The biggest surprise was on the last day when we notice that we are all came negative in that test my wife, They asked us to leave my wife at one of their rooms for 7 days, and us to find some other place to stay while the quarantine period of my wife ends, they did not offer to talk to our flight company to postpone our flight back And we shall bare the cost of my wife stay at the hotel The most surprising matter is we got tested before we arrive to that resort and came all negative, we were sharing the same room with my wife and we were together all the time, my wife showed no symptoms, so we requested fir a retest but the insisted that this option is not available, I told them that they may made a mistake as the sampling happened at the hotel and the samples transferred out to a hospital and it may got mixed, but they kept insisting on their decision, Finally, I told them that I will rent/drive a car from car rental office, and we will travel outside Turkey, It took me 15 hours of travel and a good amount of money, we were all in a perfect condition so is my wife, we entered Iraq and the 1st thing I did is to get to a hospital where they took a Standard PCR sample of my wife and all of us, after six hours the reported our results as we all came Negative, and I reported that back to Kirman Leodikya Resort !!! That was my unpleasant opinion of me, and my family stay at Kirman Leodikya Resort which have a 5 Stars and 9.7 Exceptional rating from Booking.com which cost me $550 per person per night and lots of unnecessary side expenses with a large amount if wasting time.…
We arrived at the hotel at 6am. They immediately gave us hotel bracelets and let us go for breakfast. Our number would soon be ready and we could check in. The hotel staff was very polite, speaking both English and Russian. Every day was delicious and varied food. The yard and pool were clean. The beach was sandy and clean. Concerts were held every evening for both children and adults. We are pleased to have chosen this hotel. I recommend everyone to go there.

Foods are so kind . And so delicious . You should try Adana Kebap in Osman a’la carte restaurant . we like Turkish foods … We will come back again ,promise ..
All perfect, good entertainment services, well talent care of facility. Nuri and team took care of us pretty well at the dinner and Breakfast time. The beach and pool area are well organized though the beach is rather crowded.
