I stayed two nights and the room was comfortable and service was great! The A/C and heating worked well and there was a toaster, fridge and microwave. Catch the Star Bus Shuttle from the airport and you will be dropped straight out front.

Just stayed one night. Arrived very late from a long haul flight but the very helpful night manager showed us straight to our room, no fuss. The room was basic, it felt almost like walking through a time warp into a 1950s motel, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a good hot shower. Exactly what we needed.

We stayed there for 3 nights for the Australian Open tennis. The room was dated but comfortable with a small fridge and microwave. Although old, they were both functional. We had a queen and a single bed, both were ok. We were in a front room (23 from memory) which was quiet. The main reason for staying there was free...

The window ablve the door wouldn't close, air con switch very high ( had to use a chair to reach it) Needs a total revamp. Cheap but not up to standard. Noisy as walls are thin. Bit of a smell on arrival.

Motel is in a very good spot close to town and nearby shopping centre. Room is basic and mine was clean and comfortable. It is an old motel but was fine for me.Microwave handy and pretty quiet at night given where it is.

Basic "old style" motel ($90) per night which is excellent in Melbourne. Located 300 - 400 "ish" meters from the junction of Sydney Rd & Brunswick St. Tram stop at the junction (No 19) takes you quickly into Victoria Market which is "opposite" Thierry St which is where I needed to be. Recommended for direct speedy access to the city....

Motel was close to public transport and cafes. Room was dirty when we arrived and stayed that way for 5 days we were there all they did was change towels. The bedding was ancient and the blanket was old thin and holey. Heating didnt work and it was freezing. Wouldnt recommend to anyone the pics of the room are deceiving...

Typing this review at 5am because the awesome drunk and loud people next door have not shut up since arriving home at 3am. So you get what you pay for. Rooms are ok and location is close to zoo and show.
