This is by far one of the most economical and best location to stay in melbourne if you are driving. We drove from sydney and wanted to stay closest to the city with free car park. Driving times are 5 min to lygon st, 10 min to brunswick street and 15 min to city. The rooms were very clean and...

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I was impressed with the warm welcome and professional service received at reception. The Motel is positioned well with a direct tram line to the CBD, stopping right in front of the facility. Rooms are well appointed, kept modern, good space and comfortable beds. Free parking and a stones throw to the eateries in Brunswick. Good price, great staff and...

We paid for a "deluxe studio apartment" I think that description is misleading. My interpretation of an apartment is a separate bedroom- this was really a studio. This is an old motel but has had some renovations. Pros: Location is excellent. Trams stop, 7/11 and pub within 100 metres. Bathroom is modern with a good shower. park opposite the motel...

We chose this Motel for having parking but being fairly central. We were upgraded to a suite with kitchen, which was great, but really the rooms were dark and had many maintenance problems, which the concierge tried unsuccessfully to correct, like dripping ceiling in the bathroom and non- functioning clock radio. The good location makes up for these failings, an...

On the edge of Melbourne's CBD. Trams close by so easy to get into the middle of Melbourne. Supermarket, food venues, park and zoo also close. Room was clean and comfortable. Price extremely reasonable considering its proximity to the city.

Good place to stay in Melbourne..close to the Zoo,Supermarkets,Trams and Food Venue's. The Staff were very good and thanks for the upgraded room. We drove in from Interstate and the Hotel was easy to get to with good parking upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to anybody who asks.

Hubbie did some investigating for our three night stay in Melbourne and he chose this motel. What a winner. We had a one bedroom luxury suite and it was beyond all expectation. Bathroom, kitchen, sitting and bedroom all immaculately clean and well appointed. The other plus is the 19 tram right across the road. This tram runs past the Victoria...

This is an ok motel. Staff are friendly. Room is clean but feels dated. It seems a high traffic place but a little modernisation would be good. I would give it a 4 star but for the fact I got home from a day out to find my sticky room door open and unlocked.
