Thank you newgabe and all the others for recommending this nice place. We too loved our stay in the room up top just behind the gorgeous green terrace with its wonderful views over the valley. Wifi worked well in the sitting areas between the rooms, water was nice and hot, breakfast on the terrace was a delight. The friendly owner... More

Great location; fantastic views from rooftop terrace; lovely breakfast; very friendly owner - great relaxed atmosphere overall. English channels on TV. Room nice quality, very comfortable bed. Negatives: Triple room does not have a balcony as advertised. Air-con didn't heat.. Basic shower. No wifi..

I'd spotted a little green terrace on the corner of a tall building as I walked up the street to another accommodation I had pre-booked, and hoped it was 'mine'. Luckily, the next day, it was, , after I'd knocked on the door and asked if I could move there. I spent 4 nights in the simple but lovely and... More

The king decreed in 2006 that non Muslims could stay in this holy town perched on a hillside up North East Morocco. Aside from the imperial cities of Morocco and the 1000 kasbah, you will want to spend time in the smaller towns such as this, the oldest town in Morocco at 7th century. Meknès is 25km away via 'grand... More

“The room up top behind the terrace sleeps 3. The other two rooms would each fit a family or group of 4.”

“The top room with the little green terrace is the one to go for. Some of the downstairs rooms have less ventilation/light. As in many Moroccan houses, the stairs are quite steep and narrow, so if you have trouble with that this may not be the place for you. There are some 'dorm' type rooms on the bottom floor if you didn't mine the lack of window to the outside there.”
