We stayed at the hotel for one night and at the desert camp for one night and had a very enjoyable stay. The rooms in the hotel are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner buffets had many good options. There were many places to sit and relax: by the pool, on the patio facing the dunes, and in one of the tents. We liked walking right out to the dunes where we went star gazing at night and returned for the sunrise in the morning. In the afternoon we took a 2 hour camel ride to the tented camp where we had a yummy dinner and the most incredible view of the starry sky. The beds in the tents were clean and comfortable with many blankets for a cozy night in the desert chill. The morning camel ride back to the hotel at sunrise was stunning.

We ended up in this hotel as we had a mix up in another reservation! Glad we did! This hotel is pure luxury! We also did a hammam for aprox 20 euro! It was a real treat after a day in the desert. Both dinner and breakfast were very good. From this hotel you can walk it to the desert and also take quad and camel excursions! The pool area and the room were also very nice.

A large hotel with a stunning location. Our room was fine but a little basic and had a large en-suite. The food was very good with an enormous buffet table and the staff were helpful. The view of the dunes at the rear is really stunning and a location I will always remember.

A beautiful hotel, clean rooms with amazing views of the dunes. The rooms are large, with great amount of space though is quiet dark. There is a kettle in the rooms, though you need to bring your own tea & coffee as they don't supply them and will charge you if you ask for a tea bag. The pool is clean and a nice temperature to cool off after a day or exploring. The buffet breakfast and dinnesr was yum and had a great variety. Make sure you see the sunrise and sunset over the Sahara desert!

While I wasn't overly thrilled with the dunes (too commercial in this location as all the tour busses come here .... ATVs, camels, motorbikes, and more destroy the pristine nature of the dunes), the hotel itself is very nice and comfortable. And, you just walk out the back to the dunes. My room was quite good sized and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant had a beautiful buffet breakfast that could satisfy anyone. I also ate dinner here and found the service and food quite good. What I found to be outstanding was my visit to the spa for a massage. I have had several through the years and this one, done by Hajar, was one of the best I've encountered. If you have time, be sure to visit for a relaxing hour or two.
