We have been eating in here regular now and always lovely food and friendly service, however last night after our meal we ordered 2 brandy coffees - we were seated opposite machine and by chance watched while the waitress was making them. I then clocked her spooning out the cream from the jug and eating it - then went on...

Brilliant service and excellent food, can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. This was our first visit, we were greeted with a warm welcome at the bar and had no problems ordering food and drink. Service was quick and the food quality excellent, server was very polite and brought our meals out quickly.

I recently visited The Dunn Cow Inn with my boyfriend and we ate in the restaurant. The food was amazing and the service we received was first class. I would highly recommend visiting this pub/restaurant.

My second visit to the Dun Cow Inn was even more fun due to it being quiz night! The locals welcomed me in and made me feel part of the family. The food is good, the accommodation comfortable, the lack of wifi in rooms a little disappointing, but overall a lovely stay.

Visited here for Sunday lunch with our friends. The Scottish woman on front of house greeted us with a terrible attitude which gave us a bad impression from he start. She was even rude to other members of staff which was so unprofessional. I'd have walked out then if there was anywhere near to go. The drinks took ages to...

I stayed for one night on saturday 28th January in room 5 . Room very clean very quiet even after retiring at 11.30pm and with quality furnishings. Large shower which worked perfectly. Room had TV and tea/coffee making . Two beds which I used one and was comfortable. No noise through the night as the room overlooked the spacious rear...

First visit and impressed with quick service and large portions. Nice traditional cosy pub, worth noting it closes at 3pm and reopens at 6pm as we arrived at 5.45 and it was closed. Mains priced from £9 upwards, lots of choice. Free refills on filter coffee.
