The only suggestion I would make is to have a small bar fridge in the room. I drink a lot of water during the night and prefer to have cold water. The food was more than enough and very good!! It is also closely situated to everything so we walked to Church Street and to town.

Huge dissapointment! Ordered the Banting Burger which specified that the burger came on a big pan fried mushroom with two slices of bacon and cheese. 40 min later (we were the only people in the reataurant) burger arrived with tiny portion of chopped up button mushrooms, and one slice of cheese. When questioned on the whereabouts of the big fried...

We stayed here on New Year's Eve and were impressed with the quiet and consideration of the other guests. The room (no 2) was spacious, clean and contained a bar fridge. The only hitch was the patchy internet coverage in the room but there was full strength on the landing close to the booster device. This is a no frills...

we stayed for one night in this hotel in tulbagh, very nice, neat, affordable and a good breakfast. they made a mistake with our original booking, and made up for it by giving us an extra bedroom, and half price! they made an unhappy customer an extremely happy customer, very good business practice! i will recommend this establishment to anyone.

I was warmly welcomed by Andrew on arrival. He actually carried my suitcase up the flight of stairs. I briefly met Nan but never saw her again maybe it was because I was never there.
