Great newly renovated hotel. 3 minutes from Swarovski world. Very good dinner and super breakfast. Owner is very nice and speaks perfect English. Comfortable bed, very roomy bath with enormous shower. Tastefully appointed room all done in natural wood Austrian old style. Modern large elevator right off of the free parking. Paid well under $100 for double room with breakfast....

Stayed here 5 times now over the last 5 years. Rooms are very nice and large. Plenty of room to swing a cat. The food here is fantastic! Try the fish duo as entrée, also you can't go past the Wiener schnitzel, bar is great, service is fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Were there many times for dinner because the staff is very friendly and attentive not intrusive anyway always present. The food overall superb most of all for a reasonable value. There is plenty parking and a smoking area is also existing. We go back very soon and would highly recommend.

This small is a lovely place to accommodate. The climate and staffs are friendly. Breakfast is delicious European standard breakfast. Dinner are also good. They have smoking and non-smoking zone, which is very good for a non-smoker. The only thing I can complain is that the room and the bed are too small.

Pleasant stay close to Innsbruck (about 20 minutes by car) in a quite area. The rooms are very clean and seems to be new; the restaurant is also very good, with traditional austrian recipes. Me and my wife enjoyed very much. We recommend!

We were going to see the Swarovski Kristallwelten near Innsbruck, Austria. Some friends of ours booked the Der Schmalzerhof hotel for us. It is located in a small town very close to the Swarovski museum. The hotel was very clean and modern. You can pay a little extra and include a buffet breakfast which included cold meats/cheese, variety of breads...
