We have spent a week in this great hotel at the beginning of July 2016. It is very conveniently located on the Wolfghangsee lake shores. It has a very nice garden just on the lake where you have the sun beds for those enjoying sun tanning and swimming. You can combine swimming in the lake with sauna (even during summer...

Away from the city. Gorgeous natural beauty encompassing a lake, hills, and green spaces. What a view. Peaceful and relaxing. Nature at is best. My room is facing the lakeview and it's worth it. Room size is quite large and comfortable. Amenities are good. Breakfast is excellent. Dinner is ok. Service is excellent. Wifi works. Jogging trail is excellent about...

This small hotel is located at a premium location directly on the lake. Moreover, they make it easy and convenient to enjoy swimming in the lake when the temperature permits. The sauna and the general fitness area with direct access to lawns and the lake are all good qualities. My room worked well for a one week business visit, with...

Best position in Strobl - probably best on Wolfgangsee. Near the village centre and the steamer pier. Well-kept lawns down to the lakeside with swimming platforms. Lake is both warm (24th July) and very clean. Swimming towel, dressing gown, slippers and a day rucksack provided. Comfortable room with large balcony and stunning view of the lake, particularly at sunset. Excellent...

Lovely stay at this beautifully situated hotel. Our room was large and light with a great view down to the lake. All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was one of the best we have had anywhere.

Now, let's get one thing straight. The place where this hotel is located is premium. It has a great private grass beach, nice sauna facilities, and a great restaurant. I found the staff also welcoming and willing to find solutions. There is, however, one big problem - and that's the room. On the plus side, it is big enough and...

The location is great, just next to the lake with private direct access while being in the centre of the village. It couldn't be better. The breakfast terrace with lake view is also very nice. The rooms in the new Villa are comfortable and modern, but... ... as too many newly refurbished rooms there's no effort made to make the...

This place is fantastic. I was initially disappointed about not staying in St Wolfgang, but now having gone there it is better to stay in Strobl - not so full of day tourists, and then one can get the boat to St Wolfgang and the steam train. The town is peaceful, there is a great boardwalk. The hotel is very...
