That cannot be answered on here, as it CA posts at front desk the rates each week, it changes all the time. I have stayed in Tropical many times and villa 4 times. I like both rooms. I have even booked a villa once as it was cheaper than tropical. I stayed on main floor once but wont anymore as you cannot open the windows, but on other floors you can.

Not sure for me to upgrade to tropical from barracks was $36. However this was a day after we arrived. The day we arrived they were not upgrading anyone as they were full. So advice would be don’t count on a upgrade.
